Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Visalia

This is the worst location to go to, the couple times i go there, they never cook the pizza correctly its a real bummer. When i called they asked if i'd like to try the extra most bestest pizza i said yes, and please make it crispy with 1/2 no sauce and crazy crust. The girl taking the order said its well done not crispy, i said thats fine as long as its cooked and well done, we would be fine. Then i asked for two orders of breadsticks well done and with sauce and a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. She then told me my order back and left out a order of breadsticks, after telling two more the times order, she said it will 15-20min. We showed 30min later, and theydidnt have the order ready, the guy that gave us are food just put something together, he said she wrote a stuff crust instead of the extra most bestest pizza, and he said its like the same thing. Instead of looking at everything we drove off. When we got home the breadsticks werent even cooked, the pizza was barely cooked, and its not the first time this has happened but you expect everything will be fine. Well not anymore i will just stick to the Caldwell location. The ovens cant possibly be at the level they need to be, the breadsticks are not cooked, a simple fix to the temperature can fix that real quick, and also the staff needs training on to make food well done compared to under cooked or barely cooked. Very uncomfortable experience at this establishment. We pulled through the drive thru and ordered an ultimate supreme pizza to which the boy said “that one will take about 15 minutes is that okay?” To which I replied yes and I also ordered a crazy bread combo. I get up to the window and pay and then he says we can wait in the parking lot and they’ll bring it out. So we waited about 20 minutes. They brought the pizza and bread and forgot the sauce so we asked for the sauce. Then we checked the pizza and it was pepperoni. So we told the boy who brought it out. He then stated that’s what we paid for and that he’ll go see what he can do. He never came back but a girl came back and said we could get a refund so when I walked in the same boy who walked back inside with the pizza, shaking his head, was the same one talking about the interaction in a very negative way then stated he just walked back inside because he “didn’t have time for that.” As if it was our fault they didn’t take the correct order or bring out the correct pizza. We waited 20 minutes just to get no pizza and leave with a distasteful experience. Like sorry...

Visalia's first and only location that actually has a drive thru. The only downfall with the drive thru is that the speaker they have has a lot of static and sometimes it could be challenging to hear what the worker has to say because some of them have a quiet voice. Also, this and other locations have the Pizza Portal which allows you to order a pizza on the app and have it pick up without any wait times. Very clean from the inside and the workers are very helpful. If using the drive thru during busy hours the workers will require you to wait in the front of the store but will bring the pizza out to the car without charging extra. Prices are great for getting a full pizza but the prices for the wings seem a bit high because sometimes the wings don't have a lot of chicken on them, mostly bone. But for the most part this is my favorite location to get pizza from because of how fast and cheap it is to buy...
