✔ ‼️ BJs shoppers BEWARE‼️ BJs apparently saves/retains your debit/credit information without your knowledge or even when you tell them not to retain your person information when they ask if they can. They did it to me WITHOUT my knowledge and approval. The renewed my account without my approval and charged my debit card. The charge actually caused my bank to send me a text that suspicious activity was occurring on my checking account. They actually withdrew money from my bank account during the early morning hours (@1:30 am). Yep, BJs actually took money out of my checking account without my approval. When I called that very morning, I was told by their customer service rep that my debit card info was likey retrained when I did a self checkout and that I must have given BJs permission to use that info in the future by pressinga button! REALLY? I NEVER REMEMBER giving them that permission and why would they deceitfully even include that option during A check out session as I am making purchases in their store, rushing because their is a line of customers waiting behind me Very, Very suspicious and very sneaky on their part, it that is the case, which I don't believe that I evn hit a wrong button! I think it's BS.. I will no longer trust or shop at BJs! They are NOT to be trusted in my opinion. I called the corporate office for an explanation as to why they did this to me, but no response so far. I will post updates! JUST BE AWARE of unauthorized charges...

They sent one employee out with three different orders, and half of what he brought me wasn’t even mine. He was doing his best, but the assistant manager came out aggressive and hostile. While I was checking my items, he tried to snatch the cart from me and I’m disabled. Then he started grabbing my things and tossing them toward my car like they didn’t matter. I guess I was moving too slow for him.
Inside the store he refused to let me speak to another manager, kept inserting himself, and dropped items into the cart with zero care. When I got home, half my order was damaged. A manager is supposed to calm a situation, not escalate it and he was provoking, rude, and completely unprofessional. Then he tried to play victim and call the cops when he caused the entire issue.
The first employee was fine until this manager came out snatching carts and items from a customer’s hands. I will NEVER return. If this is who BJ’s has representing them, they should be ashamed. Read moreI am a long time customer at Bj’s. I’ve purchased food, TVs, phones even outdoors products too. One thing that I have not purchased from Bj’s are their birthday cakes. I was recently in a big time jam which I needed a cake that day. Now I went crazy looking calling all different bakeries. No one had any cakes available for that day. The only cake I could get was ice cream cake I didn’t want that. I remembered that Bj’s had cakes that are in the fridge I can just pick up so convenient perfect idea. So I called and I was connected to Lucy I have to say when she picked up the phone she was so pleasant and upbeat it made me feel better about what craziness I was just going through. I asked her if by any chance she had a cake I could come pick up just in case they ran out. Lucy not only put aside the perfect size and flavor I wanted. Lucy even went above and beyond And added something so special to the cake. She really did save me and Bj’s really helped me by providing cakes. She even laughed at my corny jokes too which was nice to have a laugh even though I was stressed out of my mind.
