Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waco

-Final update: I called the store today to talk to them about the pizza from last night and was on hold for 10 minutes. So I drove there and the lobby was closed. Knocked on the glass until they opened it. Asked why I was still currently on hold while all the employees were standing around. Manager claims he didnt know anyone was on hold because the staff never tell him anything.. got a free pizza, and got to hear the employees blame eachother for my pizza last night. Apparently one of them had just reheated an old pizza (not sure where all the hot sauce came into play but whatever) and that's what they delivered to me. Someone's old reheated pizza.

Dont order from here. I've done it 3 times. First time it took almost 3 hours to get here and I live across the street. The box of cinnamon twists was so full of grease it soaked through the whole box all over our counter and we had to throw it straight into the trash. It was a like soup. The cinnamon twists were hallow and full of grease. Second time my boyfriend waited for an hour at the store after the tracker said it was ready. This third time we ordered right before 11, it sat there saying it was being checked for perfection for almost an entire hour. I live across the street. It gets here at exactly 12 and they've drenched the entire top of my pizza in hot sauce, and wow, they're closed :) I wasted my free pizza on this.

Update: I checked my email and I had one from a minute before the delivery guy came that says "oops that delivery wasnt what we hoped it would be please claim this free offer". So they were obviously aware they covered my pizza in hot sauce before i said anything. I'm definitely assuming now that it sat there till close so they wouldnt have to remake it and I couldn't call the store after they...

Update: They made things right. I spoke to the manager and she was very kind and made up for the manager that did not do their job.

At 7:30 PM I ordered chicken wings on the Domino’s app. I tracked my order on the app and at 7:39 it said it was out of the oven being checked for perfection. 8:40 PM comes around and my order still has not been delivered. I called the store to find out what the status of my order was. The lady on the phone said they stop taking orders at 8 PM. I told her I was checking the status of an order that I had placed at 7:30 PM. She put me on hold and came back and said they were no longer doing orders. Again I explained to her I was not placing an order I was checking the status of an order. Again she said we are not dealing with any orders. I asked to speak to a manager. She told me that the manager was going to tell me the same thing that she told me. I said I wanted to speak to a manager and I was put on hold for five minutes which tells me she wasn’t planning on have me speaking to a manager. I called back and no one answered so I called back again nobody answered I called back again she answered and put me on hold again. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism before. I am constantly ordering chicken wings from this Domino’s but after tonight I will no longer be ordering from them unless I am contacted and they...

I ordered Domino's on the 5th today June 5th we ordered three sandwiches 3 pasta and garlic bits the aloffredo past was supposed to have chicken and one of the sandwiches was wrong I got a a Philly steak instead of a Italian sub and chicken bacon ranch sub was right and the other sandwiches right only the pasta and my sandwich was wrong I told them that I want him to get the right order right and him send me the another sandwich and take that what that to get the right one they said they cannot do that they said to go pick it up when I don't have a vehicle I don't have a car I am trying to get license to get a car but they don't understand that and when you're paying by cash so I said whatever it's okay I'll just have to try again next time I can get to order them but if I do I should try somewhere else because Domino's Pizza is not listening to what people are saying when they don't when they needed the right order and if they say all my on the TV that you ifwrong they posed to give that to you right order so I recommend they are mean not good workers we also found hair in the the Philly steak...
