19th street HEB is always short handed. Never have enough sackers(always have to sack my own groceries) or anyone to take your groceries out for you and unload them in vehicle. We as customers are picking our groceries and putting in cart, which is fine. However, as a lady in her 60s its nice to have some one to sack and load in my car. I fill my basket, then unload my basket for cashier, then sack my own and put back in cart,, then unload basket and put in my car. We are doing what employees should be doing. It's called good customer service. 19th St has gone down hill. There is never anyone around to ask questions about products, which they have reduced inventory on things I have always gotten there. Living in China Spring it's the closest store and convenient at times. 19th needs big upgrade and better customer service. One more thing our points card works fine inside at any HEB but use at any gas pump in Waco area. They never work at pumps , unless you keep sliding it about 10 times . As I said , does not matter which HEB, all gas pumps have the same problem with reading points card. Thank you...

This is the hEB that I live close to, and the one I frequent the most, for work and personal use. I rarely have to go anywhere else shopping for household goods. The store is always clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and their location in the store. It's considerably smaller than the other HEB's in town, and some items I like they don't carry but that's okay with me because I have time to run to another HEB if I need those things. I'm really just waiting for a re-model at this HEB! That would be freakin' amazing! Just imagine the service they give now with a bigger, better store! They would be hands-down the top HEB in Waco and the surrounding areas. Come on HEB corporate, North Waco deserves a re-model as well. Put some money into a great store and watch it become ten times better! I'd shop there every day because I'd have no need to go anywhere else. 👀 I'll be watching and...
