One of the best bakeries in Waco, if not THE best. There was a large selection of Mexican sweet bread, as well as ginger pigs, pastries, and other assorted goodies. Large bin of fresh bread. (I watched it come out of the oven!) Most of the offerings are sweet, however you will find some options like regular loaves of bread. The Concha as well as a few of the sugar breads are dry, I recommend eating those with your favorite beverage, like coffee or milk. I have been to this place many times during my visits to waco. The first time I bought alot of sweets, and the price was extremely affordable, almost unbelievable how low the price is. Seems to be very popular among the Hispanic population here. The breads and sweets are standard as you would get from any Hispanic bakery. One thing I do love is there is a little cart outside serving elotes. Best bakery in town. You will find all sorts of sweet bread. Fresh baked bread everytime. Is always packed but due to the different options available that cause you to browse the store for different options. Price is reasonable. .75 a piece the larger ones are higher.
