Went to the drive thru for a late lunch. We ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a 2 piece catfish place with a side of fried okra. The person at the drive thru said the catfish would take 6-8 minutes, we said thatās fine. When we were handed our food I asked for tartar sauce for the fish. The person said they were out of tartar sauce. What I donāt understand is why when they told us the catfish would take 6-8 more minutes, did they not mention they were out of tarter sauce so I could have changed my order at that point. The fried okra was hot but tasted terrible. The person at the drive thru window was very sarcastic when we asked why did you not mention you didnāt have tartar sauce. We decided to return our order after trying the okra and ask for a refund. The person who worked at the window was apparently the manager also. She again was very sarcastic. My husband is hard of hearing and could not hear her or understand herā¦she talked fast and mumbled her words. She would be talking as she turned and walked to another register. I also walked in to use the restroom and the inside had a very bad smell, like dirty mop water or dirty rags they clean off tables with.
We have a Golden Chick in the city where we live and have never had a complaintā¦very good food and great customer service. Definitely not like this...

I went inside to place a order I ask the Lady her name was Francisca it was my first time doing this delivery I told her this is what my customers want she was like I can't touch your phone you gonna need read it out to me I was gonna tell her can you just enter the order in your system so I tried ordering my best from favor app but she typed in wrong when I left I check off my order from favor app it said i don't have the chicken sandwich so I went back inside she told me well that your fault with a bad attitude she had bad Attitude when I came in the Restaurant I was so close to losing my temper. then I told her I gonna reach out to corporate she talk back do whatever you want i don't care and she went to another employee to gossip then a elder woman who works there she redo my favor order she told me she is always like that to customers and employee I was surprised š® cause I am a manager at autozone and we take our customers very seriously But fransica is bad manager cause she doesn't put customers first. If you are reading my reviews ya better start looking for another manager and fire her cause that was terrible service and I'm never coming back to...

Walked in and had a great conversation with the staff (1 man and 1 woman). Ordered 4 piece spicy tender meal. Wait time was maybe 2 minutes. Food: chicken seasoned well, plated nicely, kinda seemed like it had been sitting under warmer for a while. Fries: definitely not fresh, maybe from lack of customer flow, but still had the crisp we all love. Inside dining: wiped down but didn't seem sanitary, had a kinda musty smell to the tables. Men's bathroom: graffiti on the wall and obvious large drywall that needs to be fixed and painted over. The bathroom was almost gross, but it's a public bathroom and everyone can't be buccee's.
