The cashier was amazing! I worked in restaurants for 15 years, 7 of which I was a GM of a pizza place, so I can tell when someone truly cares, or is just collecting a paycheck. Her name was Janelle (probably misspelling her name). She answered the phone with an enthusiastic politeness, and made share she was going to accommodate my unique request no matter how she had to accomplish it. I had never tried the food here and it was my first time at Union Grove. When I got my fettuccine lasagna I noticed first thing was that the breadstick on top looked thin and old/dried out. I then noticed my noodles looked half crunchy and the sauce was super thin. Lastly the meatballs did not taste good. I am not one to find a lot of negative in my food but this really was not good. The pizza was good but was charged $1.00 to cut my daughter’s kids pizza slice in half . I was not told of the up charge and the only reason the pizza was cut was because the girl that was working asked me if I would like her pizza cut into two to make it easier for her to eat .
