Great food. We have used this place a lot... HOWEVER... our last couple of trips have been disappointing. Most recently (today), I ordered at 12pm Noon for a pickup at 4:45PM the same day. I figured a four hour heads up for two pizzas and a app would be good since I know they can get busy. My wife showed up and they completely failed. The front counter checked her out and took our money only to inform us that the pizza was never made, and the app was not either. So what is the point of an almost five hour heads up?! Really?! So disappointing considering we ordered ahead and it was to feed a group for a graduation party. This place was such a shining star for so long, but perhaps management is lacking or quality service personnel are hard to come by because it has been sliding downhill. I want them to succeed, and the current course is not going to do it. They also neglected to advise me over the phone five hours prior that they didn't have certain toppings like canadian bacon (on a Saturday you're not prepared for weekend food orders... puzzling). The manager was kind enough to let us know that they, "Had no idea who took the order, and they never wrote a time down on it." Ok... well you had my name and phone number which I gave twice and spelled phonetically for you. This is the third time in a couple months we have had a bad experience, and sadly I don't think we will return for a while if at all. It was great when it was a manageable crowd they drew, but maybe its all grown too big for them to control quality and customer service now and it is about the money. Read moreThis is a review for Slo Rise in Woodway. While I enjoy eating here often I was sadly disappointed in the carry out service I received this evening. I put my order in online and showed up at the restaurant. I called the number on the sign and the young girl was confused as to why I was calling. I told her I had put in an order online and I was there to pick it up. She was baffled and asked me if I wanted to place an order. We got the communication figured out and she told me she would be out in 2-3 minutes with my order (2 salads). After 20 minutes I went inside to ask about my order and the 3 young people looked at each other confused as to what I was talking about. Then the girl from the phone suddenly remembered and said “oh my gosh- I got distracted, I’m so sorry!” DISTRACTED? My order was sitting on the counter in the to-go bag. Not one person thought to check on it or ask about it? So disappointed in the lack of attention or even concern for the poor...

The guy taking our order never said one word to us when we walked up.. so we just started ordering.. when my boyfriend asked what the slice of the day was, per the sign on the menu that said “ask staff what the slice of the day is.” He huffed and pointed to the sign on the counter we didn’t see and read it off to us.. Cool not a problem… but he was also very antsy and not interested in us at all. The staff who brought us our food was also sub par, clearly uninterested, and looked like he hated being asked for more plastic wear.
All the staff walked around avoiding any eye contact with us when we needed help. Once we got our food, it was okay. 4 slices of pizza and not a single piece was warm. Meatballs which should have been an appetizer came out last, and were completely cold in the middle. We returned them…. 20 minutes later still no replacement meatballs.
