Excellent BBQ & beans, coleslaw wasn't what I'm used to, but not terrible (I'm used to the sweeter kind). This is a rating for their take out daily special (tri-tip sandwich, coleslaw & beans). Although, their selection of other items looked intriguing, I only had a brief moment to look as my order was ready very quickly. Particularly their cheeses & beef sticks I'd go back to try. And they have a different special every day (M-F), and at a good price. Speaking of price, the price listed on their website needs to be updated, not a big deal but just an observation. We hired Tyler to cater the dinner for our son and daughter in law’s wedding. Tyler was very easy to work with as we planned the menu. On the day of the wedding Tyler arrived on time. He set up the buffet, served the food and did the cleanup. We did not have to do anything! We knew the food would be amazing. The brisket was delicious- very tender and moist , as was the chicken breast. The macaroni and cheese appeared to be the favorite side- approved by toddlers to seniors! They have some ready to eat daily lunch specials. The sauce is a nice blend with lip smaking flavor. The meat is cooked so well, it's tender and very flavorful. Then, if you get the adult employees to fill your order, they pike it ON (the younger staff are way more conservative in portions, but they NEVER skimp, so it's plentiful). In addition, they have frozen things one can make at home. Some items are bulk amounts and some are not. Best place to get delicious food!
