Thanks don't know much about the food, because all I go for is just french fries and already know that's a Pregnancy thing because I hate french fries, but mainly go for their ice creams and coffee which I know coffee ain't good during pregnancy. But this is my thing I give them a 3 because if you don't k ow how to separate orders between cash & cards then say that don't stand there trying to figure it out just to make yiursely look good in front your other team workers and supervisor. I sat at the speaker and said more than once the order are separate, yet you still get it wrong, after paying full price in cash for first order and when I give my card for the second order nothing sits right because you charged me a full price meal just for a single ice cream and then charged me the full price meal on the meal that was purchased plus added the ice cream to that order after I said they was separate. Then when I call for my refund it's difficulty, look keep the lil change I was overcharged, y'all have to pay a attention & do better because next time you won't meet someone calm as me. I could have called my bank and said what I didn't Authorize but I believe in doing things right, but all I'm saying is pay attention are move over and let somebody else take over, it's okay if you don't know how to split payments, open your mouth not swipe swipe swipe trying to figure it out. Mortal of the story if the meal and ice cream was put together the order in the reciept shows $9.00 dollars and some change. For only two, I said one earkear but for only two ice creams I was charged $6.00 dollars and some change and it shows on my bank alert text but it's hard for me to get refunded the difference that's too hard up. Read moreJust got done with this experience. There was a manager and person taking the orders. I ordered a meal and originally added a French fry to it. I asked to please take off the extra fry and give me a large fry with the meal. The order taker said she would need a manager to take it off. Ok fine. So I pull around and they verifyied that yes I wanted the extra fry off and a large fry with the meal. They repeated “so you want the extra fry off”? I said yes and paid. So as I pull ahead, they changed the fry to large and left the meal alone so I was charged 3.59 for a large fry in addition to my meal. I explained to the lady at the food window and she understood. She gave me the correct order in food that I wanted and went to the cashier to get the difference. Then the order taker came to argue with me. Then the manager came to true with me. Then the manager asked me for the change back to give me a refund. Why would I need to give them money to figure out the difference??? Can’t they do the math, as they had the receipt. Out of frustration, I told them that this might be the worst customer experience of my life, I have worked in the food industry my whole life and you give the customer why they ask for. I told them that I hope them their their store is always messing up and they are always late with the food, that I am never coming back, maybe never to another McDonald’s ever. I spent my entire lunch break waiting in the drive thru line for an order that I made 20 minutes earlier via the moble app. After waiting at the second window until 5 minutes before my lunch break was over, I backed up to the original window to find out what the wait was all about. I was then scolded by a very rude and unprofessional manager. I would understand the wait if there were people in the drive thru, but there was no one there, not even inside. Not likely to return.
