Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Wagoner

I never leave reviews on restaurants but I just had to today. I would not recommend Wagoner Braum’s and I will never be going back. The first thing I saw when I walked in the building were the extremely dirty floor and tables. There wasn’t a single clean table but we chose the least dirty to sit at. My niece, nephew, and I went to sit at the table while my mom ordered the food. She wasn’t helped at the register for at least 10 minutes while a manager was just standing behind the counter talking to her friend that had came in completely aware that my mom was waiting to get helped. Someone finally came and took her order and we got our cups to fill them up and we saw that the ice machine and teas were empty. We had to take our cups to get them filled by the employees behind the counter. When we got our food my burger wasn’t even warm so we took it back to the kitchen to tell them we wanted a new one. My mom talked to two different managers about the tables and floors and they kept giving excuses like, “yeah it was the morning crew’s fault. They left it like this.” “It’s this generation of people that don’t wanna clean.” Those are not good excuses. I work in a restaurant myself and I’m not a manager but I know it can’t be that hard to ask your employees to stay and finish cleaning their area before they leave and it’s not hard cleaning it yourself. At least 10 minutes passed while my mom was waiting for the new burger and they still hadn’t even started it so we just decided to get a refund and leave. Another customer saw what we were going through and said that he goes there a lot and it’s always like that. If I was him I wouldn’t keep going. I haven’t had good experiences at Braum’s since I was a kid but this was the last straw. I’m warning you, DO NOT go to the Wagoner, OK Braum’s. I wouldn’t recommend any but especially...

Worst service we have ever had tonight and we come here a lot. It was not a huge deal at first. They were steadily busy, but not terrible. The girl messed up on our order at first no biggie reordered fries, finally our food came out after about a 20 minute wait no biggie but 2 chicken sandwiches and a chicken dinner which was in our order did not come out. They were good about getting the rest of our order out but then it was wrong they were burgers not chicken sandwiches. The young manager and the young girl up front quickly got the cooks on remaking our order. The cook apologized. It took about a half hour to get our fires and chicken sandwiches out. Most of the people in the restaurant had long waits and messed up orders. No one was rude to them. I was not going to say anything until a nice couple who waited the entire time through this for a burger got their food slammed down. The young man who decided that's how you treat customers no no that is not. They never once complained or said anything. That's when I had to get up and speak to the young man who stated he was the manager on duty. No apologies, nothing offered. Just excuses of being very busy. He was definitely overwhelmed. I used to love Braum's, and I don't mean to hate, but I try to be honest with my reviews, but the quality of their hamburgers have gone down. I don't know if I've had their hamburgers so much that I've permanently grown tired of them or what, but their salads are unexpectedly good. I'm not generally a salad person, but it makes going to Braum's more manageable. And more importantly, their grocery selection is surprisingly robust considering how little of the store it takes up, and you simply cannot find better milk than Braum's, in my opinion. I used to drink Walmart's brand, but Braum's is so good, it's enough to get you off the other stuff.
