Jeremiah's is my new favorite place for a sweet treat! Definitely the closest you can get to something like Rita's Italian ice, which I also love. I actually think Jeremiah's has a smoother texture.
They always have tons of flavors to choose from, endless tasty combinations, and some secret menu options if you know where to look 🤫.
I read some of the comments about a long wait. This is laughable. Never had a long wait there more than 10 minutes. And I shamelessly admit I've visited this location at least a dozen times since discovering it.
I've seen the line take longer if, say, you come during a peak hour like after school is out or after dinnertime. Yes, it can take time for 1 server to scoop and layer in multiple flavors in one gelati for a group that is ordering 4+ items. Alas, this is life.
Every employee there has been nothing but kind and helpful, even when I'm annoyingly sampling multiple flavors (when there is no line behind me).
This place deserves 5 stars all around. My only regret is not being able to go to...
Read moreWOW THIS IS AMAZING!!!!! I love jeremiah’s Italian Ice, specifically the Wake Forest location. I have visited many of the other jeremiah’s locations and NONE have even come close to the quality the Wake Forest location provides. This Jeremiah’s consistently creates flavorful experiences for me, and I am always inspired to live my life to the coolest. Not only were the treats very cool, but they were also open at a time strategically planned for when I have the strongest Italian ice urge. The colorful interior is certainly a bold and vibrant touch to my ice experience. Not only was the customer service genuine, but they were also extremely generous with the amount of samples I was offered. I would specifically like to thank the owners who make my Jelati experiences off the charts amazing! I can’t wait to come back and visit the amazing people...
Read moreI don't normally make reviews, but this was not a good experience. There was no line, (which is surprising!) I went up to order and what I assume a supervisor/manager was taking my order. She came off rude when I went to go order and said, “speak up, I can't hear you. If you're going to order, at least speak loud enough for people to hear you". I apologized and told her my order. As I went back to my car, I could hear her talk about me saying that "I'm not the brightest person. I should know how to speak up at my "grown age." I brushed it off, but that was very rude. After I was sitting in my car eating, I noticed there was a hair on and in my ice cream. I stopped eating it because it was not something I want to be eating considering I don't want to be eating people's hair. I tend to give people grace, but this was just...
