After reopening they are still inconsistent: Summary: Not bad, but one day you could get Little Cesar’s pizza quality and the next it’s better than all chain pizzerias like Dominos and PapaJohns.
Since this location reopened my family and I have tried it three or four times. Half of these times we’ve taste the difference when compared to other chain pizza, like dominoes and papa John’s. The other half my boys and I have compared it to little Caesars which it’s the lowest of all chain pizza. Like the last time they were open, they have to work with consistency. My order from Friday tasted like little Caesars pizza, the loaded crust had no flavor and needed extra flavoring when we got home, calzone had all the wrong ingredients and the cheesy bread lacked cheese. Other days that I’ve ordered everything tastes great and I see a quality improvement when compared to other pizza chains that make me come back. I think it’s a matter of how this location handles pressure and heavy days. My recommendation: put more seasonings on your loaded crust, work with the amount of cheese in the cheesy bread ( be consistent), and have attention to detail when putting orders together. I can have 4 items and if I get one with all the wrong ingredients as we ordered, someone at my house will be disappointed and the...
Read moreI will happily change this review when we try them again if our experience is better.
Decided to order a few appetizers for our dinner. Boneless wings with spicy garlic, chicken tenders with BBQ sauce, and breadsticks.
The tenders and boneless wings have too much breading. I am not sure which vendor they use (I assume these are frozen and pre-made), but it’s just not great to bite into a “wing” and see tons of breading and no meat at all. Garlic sauce was tasty as was BBQ. The boneless wings had clearly clumped together while cooking (the picture shows this), so you may want to retrain your employees to be careful about this.
The breadsticks were just disappointing. I don’t know if they’re supposed to cook/look like this? The flavor tasted like a plain hamburger bun that had been crisped in the oven with a bit of garlic butter on the top. It’s not at all what the menu picture looked like. If they are using frozen dough discs, they might not have proofed correctly.
Again - I will gladly change my review if we have a better experience next time. I hope this location can improve, especially the first few weeks of being open. This plaza has pretty terrible parking, so they’ll need to be top notch if they expect people to park and walk to pick up pizza....
Read moreI really like the food here but the customer service was so bad I will not be back. I called in an order and when I arrived they stated that they forgot to put my order in and it was not ready. When I asked to speak to a manager, a teenager claiming to be the manager came out with a very bad attitude. When I asked for a card and to speak to her boss another woman who had been an earshot the whole time came out claiming to be the general manager and would not give me the contact number for the owner or corporate office. When I asked why didn’t she come out sooner when she heard the exchange, she said it was because she was busy taking care of all her orders. I was so upset that I cancelled the order my order and asked for a refund. The manager handed me half a receipt and when I asked when the charge would go back on my card she said it wouldn’t appear because she cancelled it. The charge did in fact appear on my card. So I ended up paying for food I never received and treated rudely by their employees, not to mention I was calling in the order because I was tight on time and had to feed my daughter dinner before I went back to work. I ended up going down the street to Il Bacios and working from my phone. We always receive great...
