Starbucks — Restaurant in Wake Forest

Was there today may 14th at 7.30am. Five people in line waiting for service, including myself, the person working there ,tall with different color hair , was only doing online orders, and not once ask the people in line if they needed any service. Online orders should only be a company outlet stores!!! Not at Harris Teeter. She was unprofessional! Can't mult- taske, and why do you only have 1 person working early in the morning, when people want coffee to- go for work. I work retail and get online orders and have customers in front of me. I always take care of the customer first! This place needs help, and person who can multi-task!!! Not to do 1 order at a time!! Get this place to do it right! Or shut it down! Very unprofessional, unsatisfied. Get on person to do online orders Only, and one person to take care of the customer. I waited 15mins in line, and all this person was worried about doing online orders. Who is running this place? And who is the manager? ...

The cashier told me their computer system is old so you can’t use all the features of the Starbucks app. If using the app, you can only pay with the reload option, not with your personal linked card. They don’t take Apple Pay either. Also, beware redeeming star rewards at this location. Again, due to the “old” systems (that’s what the cashier kept blaming), the star rewards only take off the cost of the actual drink; any milk substitutes or customizations you have to pay for. This is not the case at any other Starbucks.

In addition, the baristas are hit or miss. I come here all the time (bc it’s convenient), they must have recently got new staff because lately the baristas give attitude when you ask for your drink to be made a certain way. I have been drinking the same drink almost daily for the past 6 years. Never had an issue except for at this location. I think the baristas are not well trained on how to make the different...

i usually come here and have no issue, but there is this one worker, i think he is a trainer (looks: brown/black hair, asian, tall) he was so rude and has no idea what he is doing. he spilled the ice every where on the floor on purpose, told me i was making his job “too difficult” because i ordered 3 drinks, giving me a total attitude while I was being polite, told his coworkers that they should make the drink instead and was being a jerk to them, and at the end even asked me if he deserved to get paid.
