This place needs a lot of work. My sausage and pepper sandwich (the Fenway) was dry and I’ve never seen a sausage as thin as the one I was served. Like a breakfast sausage. No taste. Maybe 2 onions and 3 pieces of peppers. Served in a basket. The paper under the sandwich and fries disintegrated and I had to pick around it so I wouldn’t be eating paper. I upcharged to onion strings but they were out at 530 on a Saturday night so I opted for tots. Sandwich came out with fries and I had to ask for the tots which took another 10 minutes. My husband got a cider that was $9. I wanted to try the drinks on tap. I tried the lemon drop, espresso martini and a bourbon candy apple martini. In juice glasses, the lemon drop came pouring out and my bar tab went from $9 to $30. The lemon drop (I have one every weekend so I know what they are supposed to taste like) was gross. Off putting color and tasted like an espresso martini. I spoke to the waitress about it and they took $4 off the bill that I was charged me $20 for a juice glass full that I did not drink. The people next to us were given menus and had their food served before we got our menus. They were scrambling to find menus. The people on the other side of us left a whole lemon drop on the table (she said it was gross too) and had their food packed to go because it was taking so long. I really wanted to like this place, but we...
Read more4 of us dined last week at 5:30 on a Tuesday. 4 waitstaff - not understaffed, there were maybe six tables filled. Where do I begin? We were told sit wherever we wanted, we chose a table at the back of the restaurant. It took at least 15 minutes to get menus. It took almost 2 hours before we could get a check and get out. The waitress checked back once to see If We needed anything, then failed to bring what we asked for - water! Three of us had steak tips one of us had turkey tips. The food was good. However, the plates they were served on, Look great, were a great size, but were made from Acrylic. Like plates you would use in the summer on your porch. They were so lightweight, and the table tops were so slick, we had to hold each other‘s plates in order to cut our meat. They don’t offer bread for the table. So we ordered garlic bread, which was overcooked and had no garlic on it. We waved several times to get takeout containers, and I finally walked to the bar to get them myself. You would think they would take a hint if I’m asking for takeout containers we are ready to leave Nope. Another 20 minutes before we could flag someone down At this point, we were just laughing. We were all bummed out, because we loved Floramos. But this is not Floramos. Lots more little irritating things, but I think you...
Read moreUpdate: I just found out that Floramo's is no longer working in the kitchen at Bossmama. I knew there was something off! The food was terrible and the staff were not very friendly! Bossmama is trying to pass their food off as Floramo's. It is definitely NOT!!!! Don't bother with this place!!!! My husband and I are big Floramo's fans and we were so excited that they are back. However they are definitely NOT the same Floramo's. We went tonight so excited for their food. I got the steak tips and a side of pasta, husband got ribs with mashed and broccoli. My tips were overcooked and cold, husband's ribs were overcooked and cold, his sides were also cold and served on my plate! They did give my husband another very small side of mashed when he complained that they were served on my plate and cold. No one ever came to check on us and ask us how our food was. We were so disappointed that I felt like I should speak up to let them know. The server could not have been less interested in our opinion. The servers response was "I'm sorry that you feel that way". We were not looking for any compensation just a genuine show of caring for us as customers. So...
