Ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins online. Said it would take 48 hours. When I called to make sure cake was ready for pick up they didnt have the order. Basically I had no cake for a birthday party. Owner didn't apologize. Said he would call back and never did. I had to call him and then jump through hoops to prove I had placed an order. Offered to get cake next day with no refund. Read moreVisited this location for the first time today and was really unimpressed. It looked like there was one employee working and he seemed very overwhelmed. After pulling up to the drive thru window, he came over and verbally confirmed my food order with me three separate times, so I was surprised when I got home and saw that I somehow still received the completely wrong order! Lol My cold brew tasted good but was only 3/4 full when I received it.
Employee was friendly but it’s clear based on my experience and the other reviews that management needs to invest in training their employees better. Will probably avoid this location...

So I asked to confirm that they had gotten my order and the guy working was very rude. It took him 20 minutes to make my drink and 40 to make my avacado toast. Not only did it take forever, but it was made completely wrong. He put bacon on it. I am a vegetarian and found out when I got to school and I couldn’t do anything about it.
