INDOORS NOW. NO LONGER JUST A FOOD TRUCK. Good true smash burgers. - The burgers in general: Because of some of the mix up and confusion, I am going to be doing some guess work on this review. They are true smash burgers. They are thin and caramelized nicely. They were juicy. The burgers are served on a slighly denser and wider bun and buttered fairly heavily. Toppings were a little lacking in amount. - Lost Art Burger Single - $8: I ordered this one with LAB Sauce ($1.50 extra). The sauce came on the side and I applied it myself. It was a zesty sauce, but not too spicy at all. It was my second favorite burger. - Frankenstein Single - $11: Ordered it Smash Sauce. This one was my favorite. It had a rich and slightly bold flavor. It stood a bit taller in size and was full of flavor. I ordered it with the Smash Sauce which is a Russian dressing style sauce and I think this was what really complimented it. - Polska Burger Single - $8: I ordered it with Spicy Smash Sauce, but there was no spice whatsoever. Again, I double checked with the waitress and she insisted it was on the burger, but I was not seeing or tasting it at all. The burger tasted plain. Again, I think there was a mix up. I did forget to get pictures of each of the burgers. In the confusion, I just started eating to not lose the warmth. I took a picture of the last burger. It was taller before I started eating it since I squished it down. - Loaded Smash Fries (LAB Original) - $14: Very good, decent portion which was filling. See below for the fries. The toppings are indeed loaded on there, but not overwhelmingly. The flavors were balanced and good. About the only thing I would recommend is maybe more meat. The cheese was amazing and creamy. The onions were fresh and a wonderful addition. It also has ketchup and mustard evenly distributed. I asked for no shredded pickle and there was none. - Brewhouse Fries - $6: Medium cut. It was thicker and crunchy on the outside with a soft and lighter inside. They are heavily seasoned with a slightly dominant pepper flavor. I liked them, but it is somewhat unique. I did not get a picture. My brother shared a couple of his for comparison with my loaded fries. They have water, but it is self-serve at the bar and it is a small plastic cup. When you are eating three burgers and loaded fries, you need more water than that, but it was good enough. - Service: You order from a counter, receive a pager, and pick it up when it is ready. They are very on top of organization, keeping things moving, and being positive. However, I do think they missed a sauce or two on my order even if they insisted otherwise. They were super polite, kind, and came to my table to discuss my concerns about my order. I do appreciate that. The waitress also understood from the beginning my aversion to pickles and offered to take them off when I forgot a couple of times. Kudos for that! Thanks for the rescue from my own folly. My order was placed immediately after my brother’s - Atmosphere: Inside Lost Art Brewhouse now. I was a bit nervous trying them out because they used to be a food truck, but they are indoors now. That is a definite plus. See my review of Lost Art Brewhouse regarding my review of the atmosphere. - Conclusion: I did like the burgers overall. I would go back. I don’t think this was a fully fair review as they are newly established inside the building and they are trying very hard and have an awesome thing going. I do think my visit was a fluke and hope to prove it someday by coming back. Visited on a Wednesday at 7pm.

This food truck located on Westside/Walker is just what your hungry soul needs! Wow - amazing food, friendly service, and worth the (minimal) wait for fresh items! The Frankenstein and Lost Art Burger(s) were cooked to perfection and their fries are the perfect combination of seasoning and thickness. Their sauce (including the spicy one) is the ideal addition to the burgers and/or fries. They offer an impossible burger & items are al la carte. Definitely want to try more items on their menu.

Was looking for a good smash burger and asked for some suggestions. This place came up on a couple feeds and we ended up choosing it by default as 2 other places were closed. Everything happens for a reason and we are very happy we ended up here! They now are my #1 ranked Olive Double!!! Can’t wait to come back and bring the kids

Last time I came here, my food took five minutes. Today the food and service was so despicable that I had to come back and change my 5 star review. We waited 30 minutes on the dot for two single burgers. Stood outside in the rain. No orders ahead of ours, the workers weren't doing anything. We had the buzzer the whole time. Then they pull our food out of a warmer and hand it to us soggy and cold AND made wrong. Absolutely unacceptable, especially after pre tipping them and everything. It was a sad, sorry waste of $30 and went straight into the trash. Now have to figure out something else for dinner, because these burgers get gross and...

Honest and caring staff - great food. I was trying to order online to pick up and my phone was in and out of reception. I thought it didn't submit the order so my family just ordered and ate there. Later that night someone called to see if I was still planning on picking up... After explaining what happened, they issued a refund for MY mistake. Thank you for for being a trustworthy establishment!! Good food too, one of my kids ate a ton of nuggets and the other ate a ton of the fries. Something...
