McDonald's — Restaurant in Walker

Wow! This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food and service. When you walk in you will be yelled at. If you don't understand the app deals you'll be yelled at. If they get your order wrong, you'll be yelled at. Instead of a chicken Big Mac my husband received a regular Big Mac. I went up to the counter to exchange it and the order clerk said I'd ordered a number one which is a big Mac. I did not. My husband doesn't eat red meat. After a long wait I finally took his sandwich to him and starting eating my own sandwich. I've never had a Mccrispy before, so after two bites and fining nothing but pickles, I looked up the sandwich on my app. I took it back to the counter. "What's wrong now?" Was the response. I showed her my receipt and she grabbed my sandwich and wheeled herself to the order staff and yelled. "She almost ate the whole sandwich and now she says it's the wrong order." The order staff said, "Give her a side of lettuce and tomatoes." Really? I asked for my sandwich back and threw it in the garbage. I won't even mention the horrible dousing of spicy sauce and the nasty fries. I worked at a McDonald's for a few years and we were trained as the front counter staff to treat customers with respect and...

Had a really bad day at work and was looking forward to this all day after working straight through lunch. I pull up to the second speaker as you do so someone can pull in behind you and order as well. I suddenly hear a worker from near the back door talking but can’t make out what she’s saying because she’s behind a giant sign. I turn my AC down so I can hear better and she raises her voice and goes “PERSON IN THE WHITE CAR!!” And so I pull up where I can see her and say “pardon? Are you talking to me?” I see she has a headset on and assume maybe an issue with the speaker? And she throws her hands up and scoffs, shakes her head and does this mean little laugh and walks away. I back up and sit there for another minute with no one coming onto the speaker, baffled at what has just happened and then drove away in anger. I immediately started crying because I was so frustrated and HUNGRY. I hope you have all the days you deserve for the rest...

I will never give these people another dime of my money.. This restaurant is infested with flies and their Customer service sucks. The manger was very rude towards me for returning my meal. I was served a fish sandwich that looked as if it had mold on the bread. I called and complained about it and after work I returned the whole meal. Sad part is the guy who came from the back to grab this meal asked the manger if he should keep the sandwich or throw it away. My lunch break was at 11:00 a.m I returned this meal @3:30 p.m. That's very nasty for them to even keep any food that has been returned to sale over again. After returning this meal the manger did not apologize to me or say anything to me period for them serving me dirty looking bread and returned my money to me rudely dropping my change In my hand as if I was nothing to him. I will never return to this place ever again. Horrible service and very rude I would not feed a dog...
