FRIENDLY CAUTION TO OTHERS This location is knowingly using defective lids on their hot beverages! My husband was handed his black coffee on Saturday and less than a block down the road the lid flipped off and painfully spilled 160+ degree coffee down his hand and leg. Thankfully he wasn't on the highway and was able to pull over to the side of the road. He immediately called this store and explained what happened. The employee said "Oh yeah, we got a batch of bad lids". "You can come back and we will make you a new coffee" My husband said "Uh, so you are knowingly using defective lids!" She replied, "Yeah, but we are trying to remember to tell customers". My husband was speechless and the conversation was over. I am disgusted and angry that a company and store manager would allow defective products to be used on consumers! Shame on you! Please be aware of this everyone...I don't want anyone else to be injured/burned/or worse by this stores lack of care...

When I questioned the batista, her response was it was because I asked for no whip cream. Yet at all, the other locations I've been to the drink is full. Bad for business, and I won't go back to...
