McDonald's — Restaurant in Wall Township

I've been coming to this McDonald's several times over the past year because we just moved to the area. Every single time I come to the drive-thru and order hash browns for my kids they always tell us to pull into a spot and we literally wait at least 15 minutes. I know that hash browns take 2 minutes in a fryer and I don't understand why they don't have hash browns handy and ready to go in the morning. Today, I downloaded the mobile app because I thought if I give them a heads up and order on the app it will come faster. I waited curbside for 10 minutes before I went in and waited in the store for 5 minutes to grab my 2 hash browns. I don't understand why hash browns take 15 to 20 minutes. The customers in line at the counter this morning we're very frustrated and said "good luck, I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes." I am writing this review because I'm hoping somebody in management reads it and does something about the wait time at this location. That is my only complaint. Not only did I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to actually order and get to the checkout window via the drive through and actually have the opportunity to finally get my food but once I went to pay I was told that they did not have enough change on hand to break my $100 and was told that I would need to go somewhere to break the $100 bill and then come back for my food. A McDonald's unable to break a $100 at 6:30pm on a Sunday afternoon??? I then finally get back to the McDonald's after having to go to a nearby Shop Rite to acquire the necessary small bills and get home 5 mins later and the food is cold and the lady forgot to put extra cheese on my cheeseburgers which I specifically asked for and paid for. Just went here through the drive thru and the people working at the window were nice but they forgot my sauce so I go inside and I’m waiting at the counter for somebody but I was waiting for a bit and my friend was waiting for me in the car so I say excuse me and this older woman ignored me and then she walks by again so I tell her excuse me I need 2 barbecue sauces I didn’t get them. Then she gives me a whole interrogation asking me what exactly I ordered and saying she put them in the bag. So then I tell her no you didn’t cause it wasn’t in there..
