Cagney's Kitchen - Wallburg — Restaurant in Wallburg

Ive been very disappointed with this location for some months now. It honestly gives Cagney's a bad reputation. Almost every time I've ordered to go something has been wrong. Anywhere from the wrong food (because they assumed and didn't ask questions when uncertain), to flavor and a big on quality. It shouldn't be that I can go to both Winston Salem locations and kernersville and hardly have any issues. Yet I come here and the food taste completely different. The potatoes today were awful. They were not completely out of this world to begins with. But today they are barely edible. Also the guy took almost 10 minute to take an order since he couldn't keep up. Please train or have someone especially taking to go orders during lunch prepared.

Outstanding home cooked type offerings! I do alot of travelling around the piedmont and have seen the various Cagney diners around Winston and Lexington... Wife and i stopped to get a couple of sandwich combos and wee blown away. Great service. Lexington style chopped BBQ was good... This is wifes biggest joy is a bbq sandwich, so when she says it good its good.. lacked the texture and some pop other "pure" bbq have but still a fine sandwich I tried the Cagney Club and it is a BIG sandwich.. could have saved half of it. But wow, was really good Homemade chips were crispy like a pringle and didnt have any oil residue..just crisp chips..wonderful taste

Down sides? Perhaps the texture of the bbq but the other would be plopping my fries on tip of the club in same container.. The big takeaway is that Cagneys is well worth the stop...menu is extensive! Service is great! Food is delicious Well...

4 stars for this one. Evening Manager needs to lighten up just a tad. Seems wound up. Was ignored when we walked in due to some guy, not an employee hanging out in the area where the staff goes in and out, and hugging/talking to some girl that did walk back that way. Brand New waitress was on top of everything - great customer service. Cagney's food always good. I get sick easy with cold air blowing on me and asked the waitress if they could turn the ceiling fan off over me. She asked management, but 20 mins later I asked again. She had been told by the manager they could not turn that fan off due to it would turn the lights off. I had to ask to move to an empty table at that point where the ceiling...
