I have been eating at Wendy's since I was a little kid (Back when they had the salad bars inside the store.) and it seems that in the last few years this business has been quickly going downhill. This particular restaurant is no exception. In this small area there are very few restaurants to eat at and even fewer good ones. I have finally had enough of this Wendy's and I will not eat here again.
I have never stepped inside the Wendy's and I always go through the drive through so these are the employees I am writing about. (Just in case someone higher up wants to know how their employees treat the customers) It all starts with the lady taking the order. She is very rude and about half the time I come in she puts my order up on the screen wrong. So then I have to sit and wait for her to correct the order and then I usually have to give her the entire order again and cross my fingers that she gets it right. If I ask for something to be custom ordered (I personally hate pickles and usually ask for them to be taken off) I can hear her sigh loudly into the mic. After that I go and pay and that is usually the best part of the whole process because all the employee has to do it swipe my card and hand it back to me. Then comes the best part of the process. I would like to call this lady Miss Sunshine... She always greets me with a look that could send shivers down Batman's spine. I guess "greets" is not the best word for it because most of the time she just shoves the bag of food in my face and holds it there for me to grab. Every once in awhile I like to have something that is called Ketchup (Catsup for the northerners reading this) or hot sauce. God forbid I ask for this... Oh no, this is the greatest sin of all... I asked for a handful of ketchup packets and she grunted in my general direction and came back 15 seconds later with a single packet and handed it to me in her usual heart-warming manner. I said, can I please have a few more? She disappeared for another 15 seconds (You really would think they would keep this seemingly rare and priceless condiment closer to the window) and brings one[1(Uno)] more packet to me. At this point I'm just laughing to myself. So, I realize that she probably can't count very well and I just let her go about her business and drive off. Of course, this was a mistake too because the burger I ordered did not have anything close to the condiments I asked for and included pickles. Thankfully, I'm not allergic to anything.
So, this is how my experiences went, give or take a few details, for the 3 last times I have been there. I now refuse to go back. If anyone asks me how the store is I will regale them with my tale of woe and hope they don't have to...
   Read moreCame in at the end of the night and ordered 2 Son of a Baconator Combos with extra Mayo and Ketchup, large sized with Tea and Dr. Pepper. When I got home and unwrapped the burgers, there were 2 and one had already been bitten into. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered, of course it was after hours, but basically I spent over $20 for barely warm fries and 2 large drinks because I don't care for their Chicken Sandwiches. So hopefully they'll make this right in the morning when they reopen because I wasn't even given a receipt. At least I did pay with Credit Card so hopefully that will show proof, along with the Chicken Sandwiches. I don't feel like this place even deserves a (1)â rating and if could would give (0)â if the option is available.

Called them first thing this morning and spoke with the manager Cassandra and she was very apologetic and offered to correct this problem. They had a new manager working last night and said that still that was no excuse but she would definitely be looking into what happened to ensure this issue doesn't get repeated with anyone else's order in the future. I changed my rating from a (1) â from last night to (4) ââââ due to the courtesy the manager extended to me. I work in customer service in retail so I understand the ups and downs but this place smh when I was growing up if I did what those people did or talked to the customers like you I would be unemployed and it's not one or two I've had at least three different times with all different people all act the same and none want to listen to the orders then wonder or get smart when you have to come back because they fked up I am baffled at this place that it's still in business if this how they treat their customers and I spend money I mean 40 to 70 a pop to have my order wrong or missing thing or to get an attitude because you didn't want to listen or make it correct đ¤make that make sense with out customers you don't get paid You would think if I pay your bills you'd act like you care Don't worry you four if I see you on the corner with a signs I'll throw some change
