1: Friendliness - Get/Hire Managers and Employees who are not 'snarky'. This will cause me to never order from your Pizza Hut (2811 Hwy 67 North, Walnut Ridge, AR) again. When I asked who the Regional Manager was the 'manager' informed me "I'm the manager." I specifically said REGIONAL. I asked again and and with such rudeness was informed Scott Porter was the Regional Manager. I would like to be contacted by Mr. Porter in reference to my order.... 2: Hold - 5 times I have called to rectify a problem that I had unknowing created with 3 different numbers (Wifes Cell, My Cell and Room-Mates Cell). After I placed an online order, I realized when gathering my money together was that I only had a $100 bill (which is my fault). When I attempted to call to inform them, every call I made was immediately placed on hold. I didn't have any time to be on hold because the order was being prepared. The 6th call I had to cut off the person (the snarky manager) to stop putting me on hold to inform them of the situation. Was I upset at this point? Darn straight I was. And it doesn't get better from here. 3: Unaccommodating - When I informed them of our situation they (snarkily) advised that I MUST have the large bill 'broken' by the time the delivery driver arrives. This is a 'disabled' household and we can't always get out. 3 Adults, 1 who is sick, 2 whom are disabled and unable to drive at the moment. 1 kid who doesn't even have a license. The Adult who was sick had to get out in the cold, break the large bill, and come back making them feel much worse. 4: Delivery Time - Sucked!! The order was placed online at 0657pm Central time and did NOT arrive UNTIL 08:23pm Central time. Like, over an hour for cooking and delivery? Either your staff is lazy or they can't figure out how to be more efficient. When we called and asked about the time the excuse was "The Delivery Driver had to go to the far side of Hoxie (The adjoining town) to deliver a correction and will be at your house shortly." Okay, we live less than 2 miles where the far side of Hoxie is about 7 miles. The delivery driver has to pass a set of lights that can be seen by my residence. So my pizza traveled past my house, all through Walnut Ridge and then through Hoxie AND BACK before it was delivered. Totaly Delivery Time from Order to Arrival? 1 Hour, 26 Minutes. 5: Quality - The quality of the items we received are as follows: Pizza 1: (BBQ Ham & Pineapple Pizza): The Pizza was barely warm when it finally arrived. Pizza 2: (Cheese Pizza w/ Jalapeno): The Pizza was barely warm when it finally arrived. Pasta 1: (Chicken Alfredo): Was actually still hot. No complaints. Pasta 2: (Chicken Alfredo): Was actually still hot. No complaints. Wings 1: (16 Piece, BBQ bone out): Was between warm and hot. The wings sat in it's container so long that the container literally partially melted and 'collapsed' in on itsel. All in all, I only gave this location another chance due to the fact we weren't able to get out because of illness and disability. We've stopped using this location for a while due to the bad quality. Everything is still the same. I'm thinking it's time for a complete management change, up to and including possibly the regional and district management. Maybe it's even time for NPC International to sell to a better corporation?

(April 20, 2021 between 5 and 5:30) Ordered and paid on app. When I arrived 3 kids were gathered and laughing, fine that didn'treally bother me....didn't see an actual adult. When the girl, who looked 15, came to the counter her face was instantly irritated looking. She asked me about paying and I told her it said it went through, to which she rudely replied "Let me check" Once she was satisfied she asked if I needed a receipt and I said no that was fine. She grabbed the receipts, crumpled them up and just walked away....no thank you, have a good night, nothing. I also ordered 4 extra marinara sauces that I never received. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to Batesville for...

Worst place to eat. Waited 45 minutes and they didn't even have our order started and there was one 3 tables with people in the dinner area. Never have been cleaned it seems like. They whole pace was dirty. The staff was just hanging out up front making jokes not helping anyone. Never eat take out or think about eating here its dirty and nasty. So we left went to a different restaurant that was packed we got the last table available and got our food in 15 minutes. Next time we will just go to the brick over clean place nice people and you get fresh good pizza in a...
