Good variety, minus a star because I noticed a specific item that seemed to be purposely a lower grade product for the same item than another store I have a membership for and it was higher prices as well. The identical seeming product used a plastic piece from here yet at the other store it was brass. So either the other store demanded brass as a replacement for that part, which started leaking from my plastic unit from tractor supply quickly, or they purposely said ditch the brass for more profit. Either way it's a decent place you can get some stuff that's hard to find in many other places so still deserves that at least I guess. Make sure you're getting the same quality here. I've compared other things such as coating grades on galvanized fencing and had to shop elsewhere to get a better quality product in the past. So if you want the best quality I'd check around as with most box stores you need to pay attention to what exactly you'll get. Overall average...

Doran the Store Manager delivered the purchase that I had made online, with me standing there he checked everything and made sure everything worked properly. He explained in detail how everything worked and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. I asked him if he knew anything about trailers and explained that I had purchased one just a few days earlier at the Jonesboro Store and one of the running lights weren't working. He, without hesitation, started to diagnose the problem and about 15 minutes later he had the problem corrected. I cannot thank him enough for resolving a problem that I had with a purchase that wasn't even made at his store. That is the epitome of customer service....

I have shopped at TSC for many years. I use to own horses, so I shopped there at least twice a week. I now am disabled and I shop at TSC for my small animals, my dogs and cats, and I'm still happy with their products and service. I do now have one issue, due to my disability, I need a wheelchair or powerchair to shop and Tractor Supply does not have them. Today on my visit I finally voiced my issue concerning needing a chair to shop at the service desk and the girl I told didn't even apologize for not having one. She didn't even say one word.
