Taco Bell — Restaurant in Walnut Ridge

0/10, I’m so tired of coming here (only one of very places in town) and not getting what I pay for. Came through today, young guy working was rushing me to order even after I asked for a sec to look at the new cantina options (could’ve looked online but I didn’t know they had new stuff or I would’ve stuck to my usual), ordered and pulled up to get my drinks. Baja blast & Pepsi. I get the Pepsi and then he hands me what looks like a water, and says “it’s a Baja blast”.. I’m not the smartest but even I know that if it’s not looking right, it probably isn’t. “Oh the syrup is probably out what else can I get for you” cool I’m not hard to please we can do Pepsi. Get my food, I’m the only person in the drive through but I just skimmed the bag and went on home. All this to say, I didn’t even get half of my order, the part that I did get was clearly not “fresh” or even somewhat close & I opened my cantina burrito to find 4 cubes of chicken. Im so tired from knowing how to do my job and doing it all day that I don’t even want to turn around and go back so they can fix it, give a carefree apology and talk about me while I wait for them to remake it. The absolute worst store ever! I placed an online order to be picked up. NONE of it was correct, I ordered the 3 Tacos supreme combo(hard shell) with a Dr Pepper, and I ordered a cheesy Gordita with 2 regular hard tacos, plus an order of cinnamon twists…….what we got in our order was a cheesy Gordita, 5 regular tacos, and NO cinnamon twists! The last 3 times we have been to this store has been TERRIBLE! Nothing is ever right! I’m sorry but I paid $.75 each for each taco I added extra sour cream to which was 3, equaling to $2.75 plus the cinnamon twists I ordered that were $1.59. That adds up to $3.84. That’s ALOT to pay for to never receive! They are ripping people off! Although I live in this small town and 100% support small busines owners, I do not support them! We ordered about 10 minutes before my husband went to pick up the order, and they were just then making it when he got to the drive thru to pick up, got it home, tacos were so soggy, they just fell apart when trying to eat them! I have had better taco bell served out of a hut in iraq. The worst prepared food and employees I have experienced so far. It's always hit or miss, sometimes they get it right but mostly it's just bad food. You get soggy tacos or hard dry chalupa shells. You get dry old beans, they can't roll a burrito to save their lives. Burnt or dry old tortillas. There is so much wrong with this place. If you go late night the employees are playing games in the drive thru with their own vehicles. They come up with every excuse not to serve food past a certain time ie "computers down" or "can't accept cards" or they are "out of this or that" they are sitting out in the parking lot smoking and joking around with their buddies.

Warning I highly advise not eating here during closing hours at this time until whoever they have working this shift is properly trained in hygiene, food handling, and...
