Though the word ‘vegan’ technically means “believer of vegetation”, that same word has been associated with food of utter tastelessness, meat copycat fails, and chewing on tree bark with a smile because it’s good for you. But whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or not, these people here are visionaries who have made an art out of bringing flavorful plant-based items. I gave them the old college try and ordered different menu items at different times. ALL were excellent. The owner (Melissa) is quite approachable and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is amazing!! It tastes great but it also makes you feel great. Love the healthy ingredients and variety! We have tried a variety of smoothies and they are all 10/10. But, it’s truly the people who work there that make it. I always come in with my young boys and the workers are always so incredibly kind to us. They have been more than helpful on numerous occasions when I’m trying to handle food and small children....
