This was my first time going to this nail salon. I didn’t have a good experience, and I didn’t get what I asked for either. My nails were super thick and I didn’t get the shape I asked for or the color I wanted. The lady cut my cuticles on three of my fingers, made me bleed, and then laughed about it. I went with my best friend and she had a male tech. He did a good job on her nails but made her feel uncomfortable. He would look at her phone every time it lit up. He also would look up and smile at her multiple times while doing her nails, and then would look at me and smile creepily too. I am updating my review because I was so disappointed with the manicure I received last month. The technician didn't listen to me at all and did what she wanted. I told her I did NOT want the powder polish on my nails because I am allergic and they don't adhere and she told me she would use something different and did it anyway! 2 days later, all of the "nails" fell off whole and left my nails underneath cracked and split! I would have gotten the same result using Press on Nails and it would have been cheaper! In addition, since when does a manicure not include soaking your nails, cutting/fixing your cuticles and hand massage? All I got was an electric drill on my nail beds and polish. I made an appointment for Saturday at 12 for an acrylic full set and for my cousin to get a gel mani. When we had arrived (we were a little early) I had told the lady we had an appointment and acknowledged that we were but of course we will wait. We waited for another half hour later than our appointment was scheduled for. It didn’t appear we would get serviced anytime soon. So we left. I’m disappointed in the service here.
