The chain itself is delicious but the wapakoneta store is terrible. I could go on and on about order mistakes and the fact that 90% of the time I go here I end up going back to have something fixed. Today I ordered a cheeseburger combo. I'd like to add I'm the kind of guy if the condiments are messed up I usually just eat it. The problem today was the burger was so dry it had turned into a peice of charcoal. Like legitimately a peice of charcoal. I took a picture and am attaching it to this review. It seems they employee people who make the choice to serve a paying customer a dried out old burger. That's what gets me about it really because I can understand human error and making a mistake but there is no way no how the employee didn't notice this and simply chose to serve it to me anyways. Hoping I wouldnt return I assume. This isnt my first bad experience with this particular store but this was my last straw. I am posting this same review to Facebook and I have attempted to contact the general manager with no answer. update 10-24-22* Place just continues to fail. Ordered a cheeseburger combo wrong condiments on the sandwich and the hamburger was raw in the middle. I'm reporting these guys to the...
Read moreWhile going through the drive-thru today which is April 11th. I ordered a fish sandwich a $4.89 sandwich requested that they leave off the cheese and put the tartar sauce on the side. Upon arriving at home I got my sandwich got ready to eat it being that I was cheese intolerant I got home and received not one but two pieces of cheese on my sandwich. Then take a note through the drive-thru experience I was told to move up and then I sandwich would be ready in 30 seconds it actually took 5 minutes for me to get my sandwich I was very own place with the service that I got and a Happy Days Inn Wapakoneta. I contact the manager and was told that the sandwich could not be brought back. I will not be taking my business back to Happy Days and Wapak there was no consideration on offered me an additional sandwich minus the cheese it was basically told I cannot bring the...
Read moreI’ve been a frequent customer at Happy Daz for a while now because I usually enjoy the food and the atmosphere. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. I’ve experienced noticeably slower service — waiting over 15 minutes in the drive-thru even when I was the only car — and a decline in food quality.
One visit included mold on the bread, and another time I was served a tenderloin that was, honestly, indescribable. I don’t like to be overly critical because I genuinely love this place and most of the time it’s great — I’d say 90% of my experiences have been positive.
Still, that 10% is starting to make it harder to keep coming back. I truly hope the team can address these issues because I’d love to keep supporting a...
