Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wareham

This is the worst dunks in Massachusetts. Never go here. They served me burnt coffee I went in to explain and was treated absolutely terrible. I stated that the coffee tasted burnt and the response was "I CAN TRY AND REMAKE IT!". She acted like I was bothering her but all 3 employees were standing around. She made a new one, slammed it down and walked away. I said "A simple sorry would have been nice." She turned stomped up to me and said "I didn't make it and if you don't like it do to a different dunks." I asked for her manager who happend to be standing there and her response was "Go to a different dunks and don't come here again". They acted like a gang and as if I was a bother for having the nerve to interrupt them. I have never in my life had customer service as...

I very rarely leave comments on here but today I have to…I‘be been coming to this Dunkins on the weekends since I moved & live now a stone throw away..It’s very convenient but I’m to the point of driving a few miles away due to the horrible service that I receive ALMOST every time I go into this place..I was the only one in the store today & nobody looked my way for almost 9 mins & then I got an eye roll once they saw me ..I know cause I looked at my cell..Top it off its 40/60 shot they get our coffees correct…I think they need to pay more attention to the walk-ins instead of the drive through window...

By far the slowest dunks I ever seen. I've tried everything hoping I could save me the ridiculous tone I've waited every time.. I've ordered ahead 5 times now, n keep waiting longer to go pick it up, n hopes at least one time they would have em ready. I've just come to realize , they don't care n just wait for u to actually go there to have em.. I'm done.. never again will I go there.
