Have you ever told a bunch of toddlers or children to go sit down? It’s like hurting cats. Yet this story time was done with such joy and ease they all followed along the many activities! We started by watering plants, then gardening, washing fruit for snack, washing our hands. Reading books, singing songs. Learning sign language! Doing a craft! Truly a lovely experience. It's easier for the Wareham Free library staff to send out multiple emails threatening me and suspending my account. I had to go there on my own to find the book that was sitting on the shelf the whole time and show it to them.
