Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warminster Township

I have never in my life experiences such horrific customer service. First we went through drive thru and when we asked a question about a cold brew, the guy got angry and said “oh my god” so we were gonna leave but instead went in to put our order in and we weren’t gonna being up the attitude cause we generally just wanted coffee and Dunkin is all we drink. Again, the guy was so rude to us and when we said how disrespectful he was and asked for someone else, he stood there smirking and was extremely rude we ended up walking out cause my girlfriend felt so uncomfortable from him. We spend hundreds on Dunkin Donuts every single month between me and 4 family members and I can’t even believe you guys would allow someone like this to work there. The customer service here was really bad I've been here before and it wasn't that good either I was with some friends I'm getting drinks and my two friends ordered a frozen hot chocolate and they gave us a frozen coffee and we told him they got our order wrong and all they did will they put chocolate in the frozen coffee they didn't change the order we didn't notice at first but then my friend said it tastes like coffee and I saw that it still said frozen coffee on the cup so we went back in there to get our original drinks they switched it out it was fine but then they gave us this extra drink for free and when you took a sip out of it it look shocked your lip I don't know what it was but it was really weird so we dumped it because we thought it was food poisoning...

This is my 2nd time going to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. The first time I ordered a hot chocolate, it was very watered down. I didn’t complain, I figured well they had just opened at that point. I will give them another chance. Today I stop by for food no beverages. I ordered hash browns and a turkey sausage on croissant (no egg, no cheese). I know when I order this I am still charged full price for the sandwich. I don’t mind that. (Most of the other DDs I go to when I order this will just give me 2 patties instead of 1).
