Restaurant was clean. Service was terrible. The lady insisted we order with her instead of the kiosk so we did. We started with simple orders. 3 #7 one with extra ketchup and onion, she said āwe donāt have medium cups right now so Iāll have to give you a largeā, no problem there but when we asked her if it would be an extra charge she said āI have the option for a large or mediumā- we are aware of that but she couldnāt answer the upcharge question. So then we go to order happy meals. Pretty simple, one cheeseburger extra fries, she then tells us corporate policy says they can no longer do extra fries (I donāt think thatās accurate but okay) so then we ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal she says ā4 piece or 6 pieceā which we again responded 4 piece and she says ācorporate policy says we can no longer do 6 piece mealsā (again not sure thatās accurate but okay because we ordered a 4 piece anyway). So she gives us the total of like $18 which didnāt sound right but we went with it. She then handed us 3 medium cups (which she said they didnāt have) and 3 cups for happy meals. We get our food and she didnāt ring up one of the happy meals that she gave us a lecture on corporate policy about and one of the #7 meals. At this point I was frustrated and asked if we could order from someone else because sheād rather lecture about corporate policy than listen and accurately take an order. My husband decided we should just cut losses and go. As we were walking out a guy popped open the drive through and handed us the extra #7 meal and apologized for the mix up and did his best to make it right (much appreciated). The food was awful. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in today specifically to order the new Minute Maid cherry limeade. Added it to a meal and asked for a large size and ordered an additional one medium sized. The girl behind the counter made to mediums so I asked for the large size. She took it from me and put it in the trash, she started making a large as other people began waiting in line and 7mins had passed she told someone next to the machine needed ice and something else, I continued waiting about 3mins later she handing me a large cup about 3/4 of the way full. At this point it's had been about 15mins to get a drink and I was about to loose my cool. I went outside and said something to my husband, he took the drink back in and asked for what he had paid for, what appeared to be the manager on duty took the cup from him and started saying that would have to go to the back and get supplies and such because the machine was out and seemed so put out because of it. She went off to get what she needed all the while mumbling under her breath. When she came back to the counter to start the drink someone announced that someone had ordered a frozen coffee, she yell back "well, they are gonna have to wait because I am making this guys slushy!" The behavior and treatment was so rude that other patrons followed us to the car saying they could believe how calm we stayed.
I forgot to mention that when walked in to first order, the girl at the drive thru window announced to everyone that is one more person yelled at her she was going to loose her f'ing (she used the full word)mind! There were at least 5...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst trip was great, friendly service, great friendly atmosphere. It was very cold. However I left my phone behind as I was passing through. Got to my muskogee destination before I realized my mistake. I immediately called the store, as the lady who answered if she could look at her counter for a phone or if anyone had turned it in? She gladly looked through her store and told me she didn't see one. I didn't take her word, so I traveled back to the location and started calling from another phone to my phone number. Luckily my fit bit watch started picking up on all my missed calls. So I knew I was in the right place. They insisted that my phone wasn't there until I revealed it had to be because I was connected to it. I insisted and it took about what seemed like 5 minutes for it to appear to me. I thanked the cashier. I don't fault her. She may not have had any knowledge of the situation. I am not sure. Either way, why didn't anyone know that he had be taken from the counter where I had left it. Someone knew something....... but who? Lack of character possibly? Just lucky to have gotten...
