Baja's Fresh Grill 2 — Restaurant in Warren

This past Saturday, my family had placed a large catering order here. The order was ready on time. The staff was super helpful in getting the order to the car and one of the guys even double checked everything to make sure it was all there right in front of me. The food was fresh and super high-quality. I love their Carnitas. Their wings are delicious, rice cooked properly and perfectly. All condiments were delicious from the corn salsa to the pico de gallo, and their guacamole is consistently delicious. Many places make subpar, guacamole, but this is not one of those places from my experience. After all was said and done, it felt like a really good value, and I would not hesitate to do a big catering order like this again. I have done larger orders before like for instance I got my Super Bowl wings here. This place never disappoints me. There’s only ever like three or four people working and they’re all busting their asses and working as a team going outside their own responsibilities to ensure the customers get their food as fast as possible. It’s always a polite and friendly interaction at the register. Definitely not above your average chipotle or Qdoba experience. I appreciate this place and it is one of my favorite places to...

Actually surprised by the quality & taste of their food. Wasn't sure how "fast food" Mexican was going to be..have gone twice & really happy! Bonus! It's affordable by today's standards. We have not dined there, but they now have a little area set up outside. I think they have a clever website to pre-order your food online that explains what you are getting , the price & the cost of any add-ons. You get to take your time unlike ordering from the drive-thru. I think the food is made to order & not sitting under a heat lamp..but I'm not completely sure.

I like Baja's much better than Panchero's that recently opened in a neighboring town. By comparison, the 'other' is not a good value based on the amount of meat included in the item & the price they charge for that little bit of meat. I also found the completions menu confusing & when I asked the staff a question about it, he was confused too!

UPDATE: We returned to this location. We opted for chips and salsa instead of fries. We enjoyed them. My burrito was amazing. It was loaded with many fresh veggies. I am happy to see they are running equivalently to their sister stores. I've changed my review to 5 stars

All of the food looked fresh and tasty, including the desserts. Our sandwiches were terrific. I'm giving only three stars for two reasons. First reason is, our french fries were ice cold when they gave them to us. That was a waste of five dollars. I ate one my husband ate three. The rest went in the trash. The second reason is because the restroom was dirty and without toilet paper. I had to call my husband to bring some to me. The lobby and kitchen appeared clean. The Providence locations are on point. I hope this new location steps up their game, so the Baja reputation...
