I stopped by the drive-thru today to order some dessert for my family. After hearing the recorded prompt and the drive-thru attendant asking what I would like, I ordered 1 medium Orange Julius and 1 medium Oreo Blizzard but add peanut butter and banana. The attendant said one âcookie dough blizzard with peanut butterâ. I said no and reiterated I wanted a medium Oreo blizzard with peanut butter and banana. They responded with âone cookie dough blizzard with bananaâ. Again, I said no and the attendant told me to hold on and had another attendant come in the mic and ask âyou wanted a blizzard?â I said yes I want a Blizzard with Oreos, banana, and Peanut Butter. After confirming the size (medium), she said my total (over $18; which could not be right for 2 DQ items) and told me to pull up to the window. When the window opened the cashier told me the total for payment, and I asked (to clarify) what the contents of the blizzard were. She said âwhich one, you ordered 2 blizzards.â Frustrated, I said maybe something is wrong with the microphone because I never ordered anything with cookie dough. I repeated my order (1 medium orange Julius and 1 medium blizzard with Oreos, peanut butter, and banana). The cashier looked nervous and told me to wait, rushing towards someone at the Blizzard station. She came back and gave a new total ($11+) and I paid (tipped $2 cash). Someone handed me the blizzard and OJ. After returning home with her Blizzard, my wife began eating and reported that, not only did the blizzard not have Oreo, it had EXTRA cookie dough in it.
I really hope this was a prank and not how people are regularly treated at this location. I could only imagine if someone had an allergy to something and the staff just add ingredients at their whim. If they were unable to accommodate such a Blizzard Mixture, they shouldâve just told me and I couldâve given an...
Read moreIt's easy to see why all these bad reviews are on here. The "manager" Armoni Anderson is wildly rude. She's just worried about making friends and doesn't run her store. She's sitting on the drive thru speaker laughing and carrying on with another employee, then yells "go ahead with your order" but continues on with her conversation. She tells me she didn't get my first item, I tell her what my 1st item is then she cuts me off telling me she already has that, she needs the item before. I told her there wasn't another item and she tells me "then just say that". Excuse me? Just completely unnecessary. She already had her name proudly written on a piece of dirty paper when I got up to the window. I did not accept the order, obviously. To make matters worse, both employees clothes were disgustingly dirty. Not just worked a long shift dirty, like worked all week and didn't launder once dirty. Just don't go here. Privately owned and obviously the owner doesn't care enough about their business to hire...

A bad attitude can totally ruin someone's day. I just drove 10 hours and this was my first stop not a good look his employment needs to be terminated you can't walk around with a bad attitude projecting that on people who've done nothing to you. 30 minutes for bad attitude and sour icecream they weren't even busy 3...
