Owner forced us into buying a dress saying “it’ll fit if he makes it bigger” we told him so many times that it won’t because we know what size we wear! He took it upon himself to take full responsibility and that he knows it will fit 100%. He makes it and calls us and we tried it on and still wasn’t fitting. He then has the audacity to say that it’s not his fault and that it wasn’t his responsibility. We confronted him and he gets angry and talks so many talks. Then He told us what we wanted to do, he literally said I’ll do what makes you happy. He said he’ll even give it half off but we didn’t want to much we just said fine it’s ok just take $30 off. Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this store today. The staff was not only unprofessional but outright dismissive and unwilling to assist. Rather than taking the time to understand our concern or offer any form of solution, they were rude and made it clear they had no interest in addressing the issue. It’s unacceptable for any business to treat customers with such a lack of respect and consideration.
