Ordered online after months of not, and I was let down once more. I had food items missing, items made incorrectly, and I want to give the employees the benefit of the doubt, but itâs hard when every online order is made incorrectly. This order was the last straw.
I had ordered a drink and five small food items. One of the food items was a donut, and that was not in my delivery bag (which was still sealed, so it wasnât the delivery driver). I had asked for an avocado spread on the side, and for whatever reason, it was slathered on a slice of sourdough bread, which wouldnât have been a problem, if I hadnât also ordered a bagel that I was going to put the spread on. My sandwich item had survived this time, but the last time I ordered a sandwich, I asked bacon, egg, and no cheese, and it was made with cheese, no egg, and sausage. Hello?!
Again, I refuse to believe itâs entirely the employeesâ fault. It seems like theyâre lacking in training from their manager. Is the manager even training his employees, much less paying them to read? Your store can only do as well as you train your employees, so if your store is doing poorly, perhaps itâs a reflection on the manager and his managing skillsâŚ
Proceed with caution with this store. Donât take your anger out on any of the potential teen aged employees, and if possible, take direct action with the manager. Iâm done giving this store any additional chances...
   Read moreJust wanted to share an experience that I had on Saturday, September 27th at 4:55pm. I ordered a medium iced coffee with two shots of hazelnut. By mistake, the gentleman who took my order typed in one instead of two. When I pulled up I confirmed that I ordered two and he told the woman while she was making it that it was supposed to be two shots. She said âToo bad, I already made itâŚâshe didnât. As I am waiting, I see her completely berating this poor kid right in front of customers-including meat the drive through. Just a note to this personâŚcalm the hell down and take a breath. And to be fair, you messed up my order and now I have a bad coffee. That wasnât the kids fault..it was yours. I sure hope you arenât the manager because that is no way to treat anybody and absolutely no way to...
   Read moreWe went to this establishment on 10/12 at 7:30 in the morning. We ordered two coffees and it wasnât busy. They made my boyfriend coffee incorrect and he went inside to see if the can correct his coffee. One of the girls behind the counter said âcanât he just drink itâ. My boyfriend explained he didnât like the syrup that was put into his drink and wanted to correct one made. This girl proceeded to swear because they were too lazy to make the correct coffee. I not recommend going to this establishment if you want good service and the correct order...
