New Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Warren

I never been here before. I was wanting Moo Sho Chicken with the 4 pancakes. I haven't had them in years. My regular Chinese restaurant in Champion Hibachi Buffet doesn't have it on their menu. So I went online to find a place that does. Great Wall has it on their menu. I called it in. First they charge me 10.00 more then what their menu said what I had order. She said oh that's a couple of years old. I told her it's online you should change it. As I left she gave me a menu. I get home so excited to have my to have my Moo Sho Chicken with pancake. There was no pancakes in my bag. I called and asked doesn't your Moo Sho Chicken come with pancakes, she said white rice. Mind you online menu says 4 pancakes and white rice. So, I looked at the menu the lady gave me and they don't have it on their menu anymore. When I called in my order she should of told me that they don't have it. They just threw some stuff together and charged me 13.00 for not what I asked for. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. I get take out all the time from hibachi buffet all the time for way less money and they give you more for your money and taste much better. Who place smells like dirty dish water. Dish water that has been sitting for a few weeks! Rice tasted like it was from yesterday and reheated (I know this bc we all have eaten left over fried rice)... The sweet and sour chicken was tiny tiny pieces of chicken with tons of breading that also tasted like dirty dish water..! Everything had the same smell of dish water.... I looked around so much trying to figure out what smelled so awful but the taste was all in the food. I'll never eat here again. Workers looked clean but the kitchen needed help! You definitely don't walk in and say mmmmm smells so yummy in here I wanna eat all the food! Nooo.... I couldn't wait to get cashed out so I could go outside and breath fresh air from the awful smell .... 2 miles up the road is hibachi sushi supreme Chinese buffet that will forever be the best place in Trumbull...

Far and away the best Chinese takeout place I've ever had and that includes compared to numerous places from when I've lived in and visited other states as well. I pretty much eat here at least once maybe even twice a week on average. The food is always great and consistent. Prices are beyond reasonable and the employees are incredibly kind especially if you treat them the same way. As for some of the negative reviews I see about this place I can only assume these are the people I see in there that are incredibly rude to the people and complain for literally no reason because I've gone here literally thousands of times and never had an issue with them or anything I've ever ordered, it truly saddens me the way I see some of their customers speak to and treat them for literally no...
