The person answering the telephone was quite possibly the most rude person I've had conversation with this year. All by itself that's enough to never return here! I was very specific about my order. Now that I think about it ordering house special lomein medium spicy and an order of chicken soup isn't that hard is it? I want you all to know that this is NOT THE CHINESE PLACE TO GET FOOD FROM! If you can stomach the person taking the order, try to " stomach " the food. Luckily there's a Rite Aid close by for the immodium. When I arrived the nasty plastic, I mean NASTY!, should have been a strong indicator to turn around and leave. They should add additional "caution tape" so you know this is not the Older class of Asian Chinese food that once was. This is the snotty, rude, " why are you bothering me" class of INFERIOR CHI- KNEE FOOD. How many times does a person have to repeat the order to make sure it's correct? 3, 4 times? In my job people expect perfection and I actually try to deliver this. Not everytime do I succeed, but I do thank the customer and attempt to LISTEN SO I CAN AT LEAST GET CLOSE TO THEIR EXPECTATIONS! I never act as though my poo doesn't stink because I'm doing my client a favor! This has been lost at this restaurant! A snotty aed person taking my order and not getting it right and acting like a princess, she is the first person people speak to and quite possibly making sure we'll NEVER call again. This was my first time ordering and WOW...my experience and the food was excellent! I chose to order via GrubHub and called ahead to ask if the gravy was gluten-free that is served with the Vegetable Egg Foo Yung. The lady I spoke with confirmed it was not (made with wheat-based flour) however, she offered to substitute it with the Almond Chicken gravy as it was gluten-free and not made with any flour. I was pleased that she knew the ingredients of each item and which were gluten-free or not. This showed me that they prepare thier dishes from SCRATCH, not a pouch or jar. I was also pleased that she offered a substitution without hesitation or an upcharge. That showed me that they knew how to provide excellent customer service as well.

My order was prepared quickly and the GrubHub driver was fast and courteous. My food order was wrapped and packed very well with ZERO leaks and EVERYTHING was steamy hot and delicious!! The Vegetable Egg Foo Yung patties were HUGE and filled with nice big chunks of various veggies. There are 3 patties per order, however Wing Wah's Egg Foo Yung patties are the equivalent of 5 patties anywhere else! The Almond Chicken gravy was smooth and the perfect consistency (not too thick or thin) for the Vegetable Egg Foo Yung patties. I added a few pinches of Pink Himalayan Salt & Garlic Powder to the gravy to taste and it was divine. Lol. The Shrimp & Broccoli was hands down, DELICIOUS! This used to be my fav Chinese Restaurant for over 10yrs however the vibe and service I have gotten from the people there has SADLY declined. I literally was getting food 2-3 times a month, so much so my daughter joked I needed an intervention. Disappointments include being told lunch specials were over 10 mins before the cutoff time, after I came straight from work, Yes, I was disappointed and left. Another few times we dined in early and the chicken was hard, my guess leftover from day before, to avoid reoccurance we NEVER went before 1pm again. During Covid Shutdown we wanted to still support them by doing carry out, was told you only got the soup with dine in orders, asked are you open for dine in, told No ok so we shouldn't get penalized.
