Chicken Place — Restaurant in Roseville

I ordered here for a small family birthday party. This location came highly recommended thru other locals. We ordered a 16 piece chicken bucket with boasted potatoes and coleslaw with a slab of ribs. The service was fantastic! KARISSA/CARISSA was a big help over the phone. I called hours early because I wasn't sure when to place my order. She very well could've told me to call back but did not and took my order saying it would get busy at the time I needed the food. The gentleman cooking helped take my order to the car and even added extra chicken because some pieces looked small. This is the way to build a loyalty. That aside, Much better than chain food chicken, not greasy or falling apart or unidentifiable pieces. The ribs were super tender and flavorful. The coleslaw was perfect. Wish we could give it zero , first ordered 24 pieces of chicken , said we ordered 48, no we didn't , a simple mistake, when called to point it out and bring 24 back we we're told very rudely that we could bring it back but not getting money back , when we took it back to reason we were greeted with a very aggressive worker in our face and after yelling at the top of his lungs swearing at a women , big man , when stood up coward was gonna call the cops , terrible , aweful person who runs it , if I wanted the confrontation I would stayed and talked to the cops but my best is to write this review , hundreds of people will know this person exists and stay away from rude dirty businesses. And by the way big man , you got my name now , you want to scream at someone your own size , gimme an e-mail and we'll discuss but betting it...

I ordered a fish dinner, and no fries. I said I wanted coleslaw instead. It was charged to same price as a dinner ($11.12)and this is what I received! No side roll, no wrapping or covering for my fish, just shoved in a paper bag. I personally thought the cashier was cold and indifferent until a guy came in, probably someone who frequents the place. He received a warm smile. I can say this place had the poorest customer service I have seen in years. Eleven bucks might not seem like much, but I could have gotten better fish & more sides and dessert, from the a place a few miles away. Good service and food can go far in the restaurant business, considering a lot have been closed during Covid. Never again will I take my hard earned money...
