I ordered two pizzas from `13 an Hayes tonight . After waiting one hour I called and they said he's on his way. called back after 1/2 hour and was told he's should be there any minute they should have told you we only had one driver. Called back again and said I just wanted to cancel it and I was told I'll have him still bring you the order and I will give you a discount off your next order. He's only 4 minutes away. After two hour and 45 minutes I called again and was told they couldn't find any order from me I had to give them my phone number and address and they said we don't have any order from Luann I said my name is Joanne. Oh he should be pulling up any minute now. He finally showed up and I said I will not order from them again and the guy on the phone hung up on me. I wasn't nasty to him and I didn't appreciate him hanging up on me I had to sign my credit card receipt for a cold burnt order that I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I wander why I was frustrated. Normally I wouldn't write a bad review but after being lied to and hung up on I feel people should know this. I don't care if you are having a bad day don't take it out on the customers. We order regularly at least once a week and the staff screws something up regularly, which is pitiful because it's fully grown men, but, whatever they deliver it and compensate us. Today, was not the case. They forgot one of our pizzas like usual and put parmesan cheese on our bread sticks when we asked for none. We called back and they said they would remake and deliver it. An hour in a half passed and still no pizza. We had called several times in between and no one ever mentioned that supposedly they weren't delivering it. By then, my mother didn't want her pizza and the battle began. They would rather lose a customer over wanting a 20 dollar refund for a pizza that we waited two hours for. A disagreement ensued with his employees who wouldn't put on a manager for over an hour. We were finally given our refund. And only 3 hours after our order was placed. So timely, right? If you like passport pizza, do not go to this one. They get something wrong almost every time and what's more they never wear a mask when cooking your food. Read moreNot too impressed with this one. Have been using GrubHub lately and have been pleased with the other establishments that I ordered from. Today, I ordered my lunch at 11:30 AM. The meal that I originally wanted was no longer available, but not reflected on their menu as such, so I ordered something else. After waiting the 50 minutes that were allotted for my delivery, I still had no food. It was almost 1:30 PM when I finally received my order, I asked the delivery man if my food was hot, he assured me that it was, however, this was not the case. I ended up calling the store and spoke with the manager, who offered to send out a new HOT meal. That's a great gesture, but after waiting for two hours for my initial order, it's still upsetting.
