This used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but our last two visits haven't been enjoyable as they had been in the past. Our main issue has been due to service.
For example, a worker rudely told my 11 year old that kids meals are only for kids who are 12 and under when she went to get her free kid's meal gelato. I understand questioning her age due to her height, but any problem should have been taken up with me when I ordered and paid for it (while my daughter was standing next to me). It really upset her.
Another issue happened when we ordered kid's meals on a Sunday, but for some reason, the kid's meal discount didn't apply. We were told they couldn't refund us once we noticed the error. I understand that it was partially my fault since I didn't notice it until after I paid.
The food itself has been good. Our only problem has been having some of the casing left on the pepperoni slices on our pizza. Mistakes like this happen, though. We have always loved the gluten-free options, but we've decided to take a break from...

I love Spin Pizza. I used to go at least once a week to the Lee's Summit location. They make my favorite pizza, sausage and apple. My least favorite location is Warrensburg. Tonight, a group of for of us meet there. We all ordered with the same take number. The person who ordered last got his food first. Ten min later the first person to order got her food. Thirty min later the final two of the four were still waiting for their food. We were seeing people around us receive their food and they arrived after us. I finally told a gentleman who was working there that we had been waiting for our for over 30 min. He said,"yeah, we're running behind because of our new menu." I certainly didn't order anything "new." My friend didn't order anything new. He didn't demonstrate any concern. Then another server came over and asked us what we ordered and our food arrived shortly after that. That is not my usual experience at Spin. Very...

Prices are too high given the rampant local poverty and hefty pizza competition in town, but the healthiness and quality of ingredients is there. This place is in my view catered to college kids with a decent chunk of spare cash and the upper middle class. They turned me down for a job early in my career, so I will note that bias.
Every pizza franchise in town has something to offer that rivals Spin! Pizza in at least 1 or more areas (excluding Papa John’s) but none have this level of ingredient flavor and health -and likewise, none of them are this price-deaf.
Best pizza is the 3 meat and the sandwiches...
