I've purchased sandwiches from this shop less than 1/2 dozen times after relocating to Cleveland from Los Angeles. Sandwiches are tasty. Costly, but tasty. I agree with one reviewer saying the employees are not friendly. Cashier ok...but male employees show a distant attitude. A good course in attitude adjustment may help. Parking is sketchy as well. Could be...

This is by far the best Mr. Hero I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and actually remembers your order. My boyfriend and I have tried going to other places in the area, but we kept coming back here. The appearance on the outside could use a little work, but don't let it fool you. There's something about the food here that's better than any other Mr....

Had just moved back here from FL, where there are no Mr. Hero's. (Horror). Franchise owner wanted to charge over $8.00 for 3 scoops of tuna, didn't bother to look in book for price per serving/scoop. That isn't even trying to accommodate a quirky customer. Will only go with coupons to that store from now on, as my son's also love the...
