Watch Out! I placed an order for delivery just recently, The order was delivered timely. As part of that order, I requested that 2-20 oz bottles of ginger ale be included, which is the size available via the website menu, not to mention, that I have previously requested and received, 20oz bottles. However, this order included 2-16.9 ozs, charging the same amount as the 20 oz. I called the establishement, and after some frustrating conversation re what was in the cooler there(lol), it was stated that I could get a refund if I returned the entire order, uneaten, untouched(lol), which I promptly did. This issue of substituting a product of less quantity than advertisied, concerns me. However, more disturbing is that they took this food product back into the store after it being in the customers possesion for some time, and upon my leaving the store they were “inspecting” with enough scrutiny that I became alarmed that the product was sold to the next unsuspecting customer-wonton soup and moo goo gain pan. ...

I never really paid much attention to the way they greet (or did not greet me). I was more concerned with my food. During a lunch special, I realise that the lady at the counter seemed to greet certain individuals with the absence of melanin in a manner that she had never greeted myself and most of the melaninated individuals that I have seen while in the restaurant. I won't complain to them but rather take my business to black-owned establishments who have respect for their people and others. People put their businesses in neighbourhoods that they arent even from and really think the people of that neighbourhood is suppose to accept any kind of customer service they feel like dishing out. It's a damn shame how brainwashed we are but black folk, lets take our businesses where it is appreciated especially to black-owned places that will hire folk who look like us even those...

completely rude and very very unorganized i am a door dash driver the app says to wait for a text message before entering restaurant i waited over 15 minutes for the text and nothing so i called the store and they said a manager will contact me with info i waited another 5 minutes and nothing so i called them back and they yelled at me and told me they are very busy and i should have just walked in and got the order without notification when i came into the store i informed lady about the app how it says to wait for text message she said i don’t care and i don’t have time for you and walked away from me completely disrespectful to a paying customer and very in organized about there policy please i repeat do not spend your money here or give them service they don’t...
