Lucas Pizza — Restaurant in Warrington Township

I have been coming here since I was 7 years old and I can honestly say that there are ZERO complaints. My go to for delivery is always Lucas and it arrives fast with no problems ever. Going in you are greated by the owner himself or staff that are always happy to see you. They are always quick to ask how you are and to say thank you for your business. As far as the food goes it is amazing. Personally I get the cheesesteak and curly fries, and I truely believe that a cheesesteak and curly fries that isnt from Lucas is not a cheesesteak at all.

I have seen reviews speaking about stealing soda with karate. I have personally seen on numerous occasions of kids coming in from karate and asking for water cups and filling up with sprite! I am sure there are only so many times that the owner and staff can let this happen.

As far as wait times for delivery, I live in a decent proximity and it takes AT MOST 30 minutes. The delivery guy and staff know me and my family by name and treat us amazing! There is no sacrifice of quality from sit in to delivery. I vouch for their service, hospitality, and definitely their food. It is the best philly cheesteak in the suburbs 100%. Again I have gone to Lucas since I was 7 and HAVE NEVER seen a lapse in food, service, or anything. Hey Luca! Please never stop that amazing restaurant of yours!

P.S. I always go for the cheesesteak or buffalo pizza but my family has tried the other entrees (ex: pastas, etc.) and they are amazing! I do not think you can...

On Super Bowl Sunday, I placed an order for pizza and wings through their Google listing. Since 'Slice' was preferred by the business, I placed a order through them.

Later, my husband picked up the order and brought it home. As soon as we opened the wings, we noticed they were tenders. I immediately called Lucas Pizza and spoke with a young lady. I told her that we ordered wings but we received tenders. I asked if we could bring it back and get the wings. She apologized for the error said yes and I told her that my husband would be on his way.

Almost immediately, I received a call back from Lucas Pizza. The same young lady said the manager wanted to speak with me. The manager stated that we ordered and paid for tenders and that is what we received. I told him that when I placed the order on Slice, it was listed as wings and there was even a picture of wings posted. He said that the mistake was on Slice. I reminded him that their business is using the website and if there is a mistake, then they should make it right. He said that he was swamped with orders and didn't have time for this. He said that if I wanted the wings, I would have to pay for them and he would not take back the tenders.

It was the worst customer service ever! The chicken tenders, btw, my daughter made a face and said they looked like the ones they had at school. Needless to say, we will never order from Lucas...

Lucas Pizza has been our go to pizzeria since we moved into the area. They are always so nice and smiling. Their pizzas always taste AMAZING, no matter what kind we get.

The other day, they were so helpful that I thought I should share. I ordered a pizza half buffalo chicken (my brother apparently doesn't like ranch or blue cheese on it). I guess they remembered how my brother normally orders it, something I didn't even know, and made it the way he normally gets it. They double checked that that is how he wanted once he picked it up and we were shocked. We couldn't believe that they remembered such a specific detail to our order.
