McDonald's — Restaurant in Warrior

I was Going to give this McDonald’s more stars then just one bc the staff there is always super nice BUT after tonight I’m livid! My husband went to get us food bc my son had surgery and we were all just exhausted. Well for the third time this has happened where some of our order is missing. The first time a incident happened they left me sitting out at the curb waiting for 15-20 min the only reason I waited So long is bc I had A sick 6month old and we were on our way home from the dr but I got Him out and walked inside to have been told they gave my food to someone else. Then the second time they left out half my daughters happy meal order, then tonight being the third time they left out half a order. I called And the manager did understand and wanted to give us free food and give us our money back. Granted with all the other incidents I was Livid and rude and it has been a rough day from a infant having surgery BUT not my issue when your staff didn’t do their job. That falls on your shoulders as a manager. My husband turned around and went back up there and when he got home he said “ I dont know what you said but she was beyond rude.” Not acceptable! You’re the manager you when your staff screws up you do what you have to do. You do not get a attitude with a customer because they at angry that their food is missing for the THIRD time since your renovations. GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALDS...

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. All of our nuggets were stale and cold. They forgot to give us our kids meals in the drive thru so I had to go back in to get them. There was a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed even though they were telling people they could come inside if they needed to pay with card. But the lobby clearly wasn’t closed, they just hadn’t bothered to remove the sign. They took forever to acknowledge me even though there were several employees salta don’t there doing nothing. Then there was nasty grease on the floor that was still on my shoe making me slip even after I was outside on the concrete and there were no caution signs. Seems like they don’t know what their doing here but overall the biggest issue was the food. I’ve never had nuggets from McDonald’s that were that bad. They were straight up rubbery in some places, soggy in others, and smelled weird. We ordered 34 nuggets between us and I don’t see how it was possible that NONE of them were fresh. They seemed like they were 2 days old and had barely even been put under the warmer. The same issue with the fries. All stale and cold. I just don’t understand how...

I have completely giving up on this place, I tried to give Warrior McDonald's another chance after having numerous times horrible experiences. Everything that could possible go wrong did! We sat in the drive thru over 20 minutes waiting on our food after finally getting our food our lunch break was already over. Arrived back at work opened our food and my wife's had no meat on it! Yes just bread mayonnaise and lettuce! Really! We ordered Mc Chicken add tomato add ketchup. Did not get any of that! My bread was so hard I could not eat it. She had to leave work run back and the lobby was closed!? Finally the manager opened the door let her in and remade the sandwich did not apologize did not offer her an additional item nor money back. That is not good customer service. This place is in trouble and needs serious help! We will not be back. Wish we didn't have to leave a star to leave feedback, because this place deserves...
