Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Warroad

I never leave reviews but I’m so irritated that I feel like I should. We tried this location out twice to give it the benefit of the doubt from the first bad visit. The employees seem to be very poorly trained. It took 5 minutes to place an order in the drive through because they kept asking us the same questions over and over. Eventually a different person came on and she wasn’t much better. The following is a list of things that were not up to par: Girl taking our order was giggling so much that we had to repeat our order numerous times, they gave us the wrong order then asked for it back, they forgot a drink and when we asked for it they gave attitude and didn’t apologize, forgot dressing for chicken strips, poorest excuse for a side salad ever, fries had cinnamon sugar on them(what the heck!?), no napkins in any of the bags, grilled cheese was basically hot buttered bread(not grilled). Do not go to this dairy queen we have been sick twice from it and we also preordered a cake and when we went to pick it up it was not finished. We literally had a birthday party to pick it up for and when II started complaining and telling them About how much they actually screw up but we still keep coming back And they did nothing to fix the problem all they did was call me names and kicked me out of the store. I am definitely calling the Better Business Bureau the Attorney General and corporate this place is not this is not a good place No one is trained to decorate cakes. Need to clean up your store kids! My family brought milkshakes and the product is rotten. I will update today. Two people that ate that product were sick last night but better today. I could taste it and it wasn't right so I quit. This isn't the first time this location has had problems! This happened 12/06/2023 at 4 in the afternoon at the D.Q. in warroad on the corner of cedar and highway 11. Like you say, I do have options on places I eat. If your food doesn't make people feel sick after eating it you might have gotten a little better rating. If you want me to file a complaint with your franchise holder just keep harassing me. I am local and have been around franchise owners and holders before. I just recognized a problem with your product and brought it to your attention.
