This has to be the nastiest room ever. I stayed in 224. The bathroom was not clean there was hair on the floor in and around the bathtub. What really got me is when i went to grab a wash rag. Therw are two hanging above toilet with two hand towels. The first rag was stained so i was like ok.. Ill use the other one i unfolded it and thank god i looked at it before i used it. There was something smeared on it and me have to smell everything i did.. Big time mistake. It smelled like an overweight person wiped it between there fat roll is smelled and looked spoiled just like that. I am a former housekeeper and i would be embarrassed if i left a room looking this way. It is unsanitary and disguating. I think this hotel needs to look at there employees and who they want representing there name. I will never return and i will share my story with everyone i can everywhere i travel cause i hope no one ever gets put in this situatuion. Though i had no choice of the hotel due to it being buisness related. All i wana do is go home and take a shower cause i do not feel clean at all in this place.i also left a note for the housekeeper so she doesnt just grab onto the rag.. It is disgusting and am very upset i even had...

To be realistic, this is Super 8 is wonderful for it's location. The staff are very caring & kind so long as you don't come in stuck up expecting a suit & tie extravagant experience. Have an open mind when you're traveling to small towns!
I give this place 3/5 stars because sadly...it could use a huge upgrade. But for a snow storm or a short stay, it's quite satisfactory. The staff are very compensating so just try to be understanding of it's location. The prices are decent (I especially got a discount via the casino).
As for cleanliness. The smoke smell can sometimes be overwhelming. I personally never put any of my food in ANY hotel, they're always gross. I carry my own lysol wipes, so I rewipe things regardless. My sheets had smoke burns in them...wish they'd give that to smoking rooms.
I wouldn't mind staying here again next winter because the other option across the street looked troublesome & the casino...
Read moreWe have been staying at this hotel two times a year for about 5 years now. They are usually pretty friendly and accommodating. This time there was a male that checked us in. He was kind of rude. We had two rooms, and in a room on the 2nd floor we needed two rollaways. We brought one to our room from the second floor but were told we had to carry another one from the first floor up the stairs, because there isn't an elevator. What????? I didn't think we were responsible for getting our own rollaways. The chair in room 106 is disgusting. It is so filthy that we put towels on it so we could sit on it. The carpet was very dirty also. Overall the whole hotel needs a DEEP cleaning. One other note: Our room didn't have any coffee in it. How can you forget to stock that? They did give us a great deal though...
