While the product itself may be of good quality, the customer support and overall service experience have been incredibly irresponsible and frustrating. I had to deal with multiple issues, including receiving the wrong frame or window, and endured delays of 3 to 4 months. During this time, I was given a string of excuses—ranging from material shortages to paint issues—none of which felt honest or consistent.

What’s worse is that the company, refused to take ownership of their mistakes. These delays not only wasted valuable time but also caused additional costs and setbacks in my project. When I inquired about any form of compensation or reimbursement for the inconvenience, I was met with silence or more empty excuses.

Unfortunately, this company seems more interested in deflecting blame than providing real solutions or accountability. I strongly advise others to stay away unless you're prepared to deal with a lot of frustration...

Not sure what happened to Marvin?? I have installed Marvin products in clients homes for years. I have been to Warroad and was a loyal contractor for several years. Marvin used to provide some of the best window and door product lines in the industry. They were not the least expensive... But their products were worth it!! Post pandemic, and Marvin product line is probably one of the worst product lines offered in the industry. Quality control has gone out the window... Recently I received an entire $70,000 Window and Door order for a client... And every single product received had an issue!! It has taken Marvin almost 2 years to address and correct the issues... Marvin Windows in Warroad, Minnesota I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Marvin Windows. The customer service has been nothing short of terrible—unresponsive, unhelpful, and dismissive of my concerns. The quality of their windows is equally frustrating. My windows are constantly fogging up, which is a clear sign of poor workmanship and subpar materials. To make matters worse, the replacement panes cost me more out-of-pocket than what their so-called "warranty" covers, leaving me stuck with unexpected expenses.
