They were good. But this last time I took my car in to have my timing chain replaced it took 2 months with no loaner. When I got it back the timing chain was not dead on. So it was another week. BTW I paid in full for service. The 2nd time I got it back I had no heat,no blower The mechanic said That's what can happen when you disconnect the battery. So I would have to bring it back in and have them fix that which is nothing but a computer repair. A 9 hour fix. And because they know what was going on with my car I had them fixed a vapor leak in my gas tank. So right now all I got is a blower that works half the time. And if you change the settings you have no heat. But apparently you don't need that in a cold climate state where it can get up to 40 below. Ever since Rod retired, they hired someone that doesn’t know what quality customer service is. Cough cough that’s Shannon.

The owner “Lumpy” likes yelling at customers when there are issues with THEIR loaner cars.

I would never buy a used vehicle from this dealership, I’ve heard horror stories of first hand accounts. Thousands and thousands of dollars later from the service department for a vehicle they just sold one couple.
