Arby's — Restaurant in Warsaw

I went here wanting to get 3 things. A chicken bacon Swiss combo plain with curly fries and powerade, a chicken bacon Swiss combo with no mustard, curly fries, and sweet tea, and a 4 pc kids meal.

First, we paid and were given drinks and told to pull ahead beside a vehicle that was already there. No problem, I get that sometimes it's busy (it was 7:30 with 1 car waiting and 1 car behind me) 5 minutes go by and the car that was before me gets their food and goes on. 2 or 3 minutes later someone brings out the food and takes it to a parked car that we didn't know was waiting. 5 minutes after this, a guy comes out bringing me food that wasn't mine. It was for the guy that had pulled up behind me. Before it was all said and done, there was me, a car to my left, a car to my right and a car waiting at the window. It was ridiculous.

Finally, I waited 19 minutes from the window until I was given food and apologized to for the wait. I thought it was over until I looked into the first combo and saw they gave us a bun that was burnt with Chicken in between it. No bacon, no Swiss. I can understand the confusion for a "plain chicken sandwich" but c'mon why would I get a chicken bacon Swiss, pay more for it then ask for no bacon and Swiss? I should have realized right there to go inside but I was in a rush. A few miles down 40 we find out the other chicken bacon Swiss has a bun, chicken, and lettuce. No bacon, no Swiss, no tomato, and my fries were burnt and somehow cold at the same time. The Kid's meal was good and how it should be and the drinks were good but this place has gone downhill from what it used to be. If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time or money here.

Update: just realized the kids meal was supposed to have crinkle cut fries as I have a weird kid who hates their curly fries...but we got curly fries even though they asked which...

Customee service at its worst! It xmas went thru drive thru an ordered. Down the road noticed my food was wrong turnt around. Went inside an got fuss out by an employee over a receipt that my boyfriend misplaced. I told them i can tell you my order i just left a few mins ago. I then told them what was wrong and they still gave me the wrong food. I just left because i was not abiut to ruin my xmas becausw the employees are mad they working on xmas. The manager cane out an instead of being emphatic she said, "whats wrong?" An said "my employee did her job" how is that by arguing? The manager didnt say im sorry for the wrong food nothing at all. I will never go back to...

Rude people working. Constantly interrupting during the ordering. When I did get to the window, they complained about having to run my card because they couldn't get it to read the first time. Then they told me that I had to pull up even tho no one was behind me. I was still putting my card in my wallet. And was ordered to pull up again, because I was killing their time. The order was wrong, the food was cold, they didn't give me everything I ordered. I'd have been better off getting a hot dog off the roller grille of death in the Pilot station this was attached to.
